“The cornerstone of our ABX strategy
Pros
I enjoy working with it. They are a true partner in our business. We use them for our ABX strategy and their insights are key in collaborating with our sales team. The ability to see what our target accounts are researching helps us know which conversations to have and when. Their Sales Intelligence tool for contact acquisition has been an invaluable resource for our team, helping them act faster and smarter.
Cons
6sense is an excellent partner. Their products continuously improve, though sometimes new features aren't fully ready at launch but there is always a quick follow up to fix them.

“A top-tier platform for both marketing and sales teams
Pros
The predictive scoring feature is what I love most about it. It also helps me deliver the right message to the right account at the perfect time. My sales team also uses scoring and Slack alerts to prioritize accounts with surging intent.
Cons
If your tech stack isn't robust (e.g Marketo, Slack, Salesforce) the ease of use could be a challenge. I've had four customer success managers in the past 1.5 years, which has been difficult to manage.

“An outstanding platform for sales teams
Pros
The insights from 6sense have been incredibly valuable in uncovering new leads and contacts for our sales team. But what really stands out is their exceptional support team. They go above and beyond to ensure we are fully supported and utilizing the tool to its maximum potential, assisting with any requests and providing guidance.
Cons
While using 6Sense, I have occasionally encountered challenges in ensuring that all the required criteria are met before adding accounts. It would be helpful if there was a more streamlined process, such as allowing accounts to be added simply by entering the Account Name. Alternatively, an AI-powered feature that automatically generates the necessary information would significantly reduce the manual effort required.

“User experience could use major improvements
Pros
The data quality is so amazing. When we compared it to Clearbit, it really outperformed it.
Cons
If you ain't using Salesforce, Hubspot, or Salesloft, you're basically stuck doing everything manually. They won't let you use their API to enrich data unless you've got one of those CRMs, which just doesn't make sense. And honestly their UX/UI is probably the worst I have seen almost like Salesforce level bad. A lot of things are confusing, and even when they seem simple, they sometimes don't work the way you d expect. Like if you upload a list of companies, you have to specify what countries they're in (which, who even knows why???? but if you do it through the interface, you don't have to do that at all. Then they give you an Excel file with macros that match countries to company names and websites and you get a massive list you have to break up since 6sense won't let you upload more than 25k lines. This is probably why they don't let you try out the product before you sign and honestly, the whole experience has been pretty terrible.

“Guiding sales teams to the best opportunities
Pros
6sense is a like the key tool in focusing our sales teams on the right opportunities, using buyer intent data to enrich leads. It's central to our ABM strategy, especially with the ability to segment different verticals. And overall the product delivers on its promises, and the onboarding and customer support made setup smooth.
Cons
it can experience lags, leading to long loading times. Some sales team members also find the UX to be less intuitive though it's better than Salesforce's.

“it delivers the right buyer intent data
Pros
There are two standout features: 1) Email notifications when a target account enters a consideration stage, so I can focus on my accounts and address any changes as they happen. 2) Integrations with tools I use daily (like Drift and Salesforce), which gives me confidence in the solution.
Cons
I don't always understand how the data is segmented or sorted, which can make it unclear where it's coming from.

“After evaluating three ABM tools, 6Sense was our choice
Pros
What sold me on 6sense was the ease of building different segments. With many inputs to work with, I can create powerful audiences that other platforms can't provide. The predictive analytics feature is going to be a game changer for us and Im excited to start using it.
Cons
The Salesforce user model is not ideal. If you have a large sales team, you'll need a lot of licenses for everyone to access data in the Salesforce iframe.
