“Simple to use”

Pros

Having our Salesforce data readily available makes a big difference and it's simple to jump into work on any specific account whenever needed.

Cons

An issue is that it struggles with remembering rules and instructions. From one thread to another, it often feels fragmented with the information I've entered and even after nearly six months of use, it still has trouble sticking to the basics.

“Time saving”

Pros

Has been incredibly helpful for prioritizing my outreach and it has saved me a ton of time on account research. The platform is easy to use and Jose plus the team are always available whenever questions come up. The account research it delivers is a big reason it has become one of the tools I use most often.

Cons

Honestly there's very little to complain about with this software. Any issue I've run into has been addressed right away.

“I use it everyday!”

Pros

This solution has been a big help in cutting down the time I used to spend on the small, monotonous parts of prospecting. Now, I can focus more on the value I'm actually delivering. It removes a lot of the time consuming work, keeps things from slipping through the cracks, helps with more targeted outreach and even catches the leftover bits that would usually get missed. I use it every day!

Cons

It's definitely a strong tool but there is some upfront work involved since you need to train the model and that takes time. It also means your data needs to be clean so it really exposed the gaps in our CRM hygiene.
