Ambition is great for motivation, showing where you rank compared to others in similar roles and also track how you perform each day.

Cons

The way things are weighted feels a bit off but that could just be specific to how it was set up for my role at the company.

I like that we can create team challenges and competitions, especially it is very useful for sales teams with competitive people.

I have never been able to set it up properly implement. The customer support team hasn't been helpful either. Our Salesforce dashboards are more detailed.

Ambition is an awesome tool for tracking your team's progress with calls, emails, appointments, etc�� It's easy to use, you can set up competitions, compare your performance with teammates and much more!!!. My favorite feature is being able to add your own personalized gif and anthem when you accomplish something!

Cons

It can be a little tricky to navigate different metrics when you're ranking people but that's a minor issue.

There are some really cool features like setting individual or team goals and creating competitions, which can be really fun.

Overall quality is okay. There are some cool features but I always feel like we're adjusting our processes to fit Ambition rather than the tool adapting to our needs. Ease of use is not there and simple tasks seem complex and frustrating. For example I can't view the whole team's activity at once by user. I have to type each person's name individually. Features and functionality aren't robust enough. As for customer support, I haven't needed it but haven't reached out either. It's too expensive for what it offers.

I like that you can easily see your activity for the day, but the numbers aren't always accurate, and it seems to be down often. The idea is good, increasing competition by showing where you stand within your team and department.

Cons

Speed issues, bugs and integration problems are common in our department.

It integrates pretty well with Salesforce.

It seems to focus on the wrong activities if not calibrated properly. Our organization has been scored on multiple factors as they make adjustments.

This is a fun tool that allows reps to play a song or video when they hit a certain threshold of calls, emails or any activity. It adds a gamified, competitive element to business development.

Cons

Sometimes videos would be delayed and not play right away, causing the queue to get backed up and then playing all at once.

It looks great and works really well. It gamifies the sales process and instantly rewards salespeople when they hit their targets.

The goals feature could be expanded to include more than just KPIs, so everything is visible in one app. It may need to be a manual process, but it would help.

The ability to set goals and track achievements has been great for the sales department and also the user interface is great with a special music and fantastic addition.

Setting up Ambition was a bit confusing, but with support, we were able to maximize its use.

Syncs up with Salesforce reports, Ambition can display activity dashboards on monitors in the sales room. It can even play "anthems" unique to sales reps when they celebrate a win.

Cons

Sometimes the anthems are delayed by a few minutes or longer after a rep hits a milestone like setting a demo or closing a deal.

The ability to choose individual songs to celebrate successes is fantastic! Reps love hearing their song play after hitting their goal for the week or scheduling next steps.

Cons

No major complaints, but I wish the competitions feature had more options, though we didn't use it much.

The UI/UX is spot on with Ambition. When I first implemented it, I compared the setup to an 'Apple-esque' experience where usability is intuitive and you don't have to learn a whole new system. Too often, apps and sales tools sound great in theory, but the functionality just isn't there. With Ambition, that's not the case �. because it works and works well without requiring any process changes or worrying about adoption.

Cons

I believe they're working on this in a future release (the beauty of SaaS) but don't quote me on it. I really wish there was a feature that would allow me to dig deeper into the metrics by taking the data points and metrics that they have built out and running them through custom functions, formulas or comparing them against each other. It would be great to have the backend functionality of Salesforce or Excel, where I can really analyze and manipulate the numbers but have the ability to do so directly within Ambition's user interface.
