“Brilliant lead management software”

Pros

We couldn't be happier! The software is excellent and truly among the best in the industry. The support and backup we get from them has been outstanding! Being able to manage all our leads centrally across every site, in a way that the whole dealership is comfortable using, has made a real difference. We recently added Trade-in Plus as well and have been extremely happy with it. It provides a system that is effective, easy and powerful and we're very pleased to be working with the product and their team.

Pros

Has helped us tackle enquiry management much more effectively. Since it's app-based, it's easy to use, gives live visibility and most importantly removes the need to handle things twice or re-enter data thanks to its integration with our DMS and sales logs. With Trade Appraisal and Test Drive features built in as well, it has helped us bring our sales activity into one central place. David and the team clearly understand the sales process in depth and they've made sure the tool supports the way sales works instead of making it more complicated. We'd definitely recommend this and see it as a class-leading solution!

Pros

By far the best lead and prospect solution we've come across! It has completely transformed how we handle leads in the business and reporting and process management now feel effortless. Their team has been fantastic to deal with! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they welcome changes and suggestions with real enthusiasm, then act on them quickly when needed. We've moved from a manual setup to a modern automated system and now I can track group sales and lead progress from one mobile platform. I'd happily recommend it to any dealer looking for a reliable tool that makes sure every lead is followed up professionally and efficiently. It also brings sales, valuations and vehicle management together in one impressive software package.
