Pros
In my decade of executing sales functions, I have not seen a better all-in-one sales intelligence and productivity tool than this one. Apollo has an extremely simple user interface, and the naming mechanisms for various features make intuitive sense, even for those new to the sales role. This simplicity significantly aids adoption. We regularly ask their customer support for resources or recommendations on metric benchmarks, personalization approaches, and other best practices, and they are always quick to share something helpful. I feel they go above and beyond with the value they provide in both their product and customer service.
Cons
Apollo has a lot of features, which can make it a bit confusing to go through the different plan levels. There are also times when I find myself getting confused by the user interface when trying to complete a specific action. However, this is not how I would describe my overall experience with the tool.

Apollo.ai's AI sales automation is undoubtedly its best feature. It saves our team time by automating outreach and follow-up tasks, allowing us to focus on closing deals rather than dealing with busy work.
Cons
I am not completely impressed with the accuracy of Apollo.ai's phone number database. It could definitely benefit from some improvements to make contact details more reliable for outreach purposes.

I appreciated that they offer a single-user plan that still includes substantial tools, enabling effective prospecting without the need to spend thousands. The limitations are clear and, rightly, intended to encourage upgrading.
Cons
The gap between what is offered to basic users and where it ends creates an element of inconclusiveness when it comes to work and outreach. Also, I find that the data is about 65% accurate. The platform requires certain connections in exchange for the basic user offerings, and it is clear that these connections only serve to enhance their data pool.

Pros
It's incredibly convenient. Once you install the Chrome extension, you just click a single button to get a contact email. From there, you can save it and execute sequences, emails, and more. It's light and efficient!
Cons
Sometimes, I need to restart the app because it is not working properly. Occasionally, it also has incorrect emails, although this is not a frequent issue.

Pros
The contact database and filters are strong, making it easy and affordable to find the right contacts compared to other databases. The platform is very powerful and has a lot more features than what we are currently using.
Cons
It is a bit frustrating that there is no way to manage the email send amounts by mailboxes without doing a lot of manual work. For instance, if I have 100 emails and want to send them across 10 mailboxes, the system won't automatically distribute 10 emails per mailbox. Instead, the platform only moves to the next mailbox once the limit for the current mailbox is reached (so if the limit is set to 40, only 2.5 mailboxes are used, not 10).
