Helps us stay connected with customers who might otherwise slip through the cracks especially the ones we normally wouldn't be able to reach and communicate with.

Talking with customers is much easier. It really helps when dealing with people who do not like or simply do not want, to talk on the phone.

We still receive a lot of incomplete submissions so I am not sure whether the form is a bit too difficult for customers to complete on their side.

The flat glass photos have been really useful and the integration with our company went very smoothly.

For now there isn't anything that feels unnecessary or unusable. We're still getting familiar with the program and the overall process.
