“Smart lead capture”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how quickly it turns incoming emails into leads and keeps everything organized so follow-ups don't slip through the cracks. It also recommends the next steps to take which has saved me a lot of time during the day. Another feature I've gotten a lot of value from is the evaluations tool, it gives useful feedback on how I'm handling emails and conversations and that has helped me improve the way I manage leads.
Cons
Getting my custom workflows set up took a bit of trial and error at first. Once I understood how it worked though, the process became much more smooth. I'd still love to have more integrations with other apps, even if the ones currently available do the job for what I need.
