From Raving Fan to Chargebacks - Beware!

Pros

None - their software never reached their own daily KPIs. I had support setup the account AND every month they had a new excuse as to why it did not meet their own internal goals.

Cons

The lies that their staff and upper management put into writing, all of which was sent to my bank as supporting evidence for the MULTIPLE chargebacks

Terrible Customer Experience

Pros

Until nearing the end of my contract the customer success rep was great, the platform was straight forward and did what I asked.

Cons

Check on your auto-renewal date!!! And put a reminder in your calendar for 31 days before that. If I could give this experience negative 5 stars I would. I didn't want to write this review. I wasn't aware I was on an auto-renewing annual contract. I was not proactively contacted by anyone to remind me that I was or to see if I was a happy, active customer. I contacted Customer Support 3 weeks before the renewal date once I realized it was coming up and asked to cancel my license before that date, told them I had not been notified about my renewal, and that no one attempted to retain me. I am an individual licence for Buzz... they don;t make big money on me. They could not inform me one way or the other if they would be charging me for another YEAR of my licence even after I pulled in the Head of Customer Success. This was terrible communication, lazy customer success team that relies on people forgetting their auto-renewal to make money, and providing unclear, vague answers when pressed. I can no longer recommend anyone work with this company.

Would never recommend to anyone ever

Pros

Outside of the sales team. The relationship manager does dontheir very best to bring satisfaction to the users, but the company is a joke everywhere else.

Cons

-They are in this for sales. Not bringing value to their customers. They trick you into 1-year agreements where you can’t cancel even though all their service is, is a software. You manage the software. I stopped using and wanted to cancel, the sales huy just wanted to keep his commission and says there is nothing we can do. I never rate companies poorly, but they are a complete joke. Stay away from them at all costs

Excellent experience with Buzz

Pros

Working with the customer reps and the Buzz team has been awesome. They are always super helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them for B2B lead gen!

Cons

I have no complaints so far. The team has been really helpful and responsive whenever I needed support.

Disappointed by poor customer service after high expectations

Pros

The integration with GHL really caught my attention because it helps a lot with automations and tracking contacts. Also the LinkedIn connection feature was a nice touch.

Cons

Really had high hopes for this tool to improve my Linkedin outreach but the setup process was sooo confusing and the help documentation wasn't much help either. To make matters worse, I was locked out of my Linkedin account for a month and when I contacted customer support, they didn't seem to care much about fixing the issue and kept charging me. I asked multiple times to either cancel or pause my billing until the issue was resolved but they just ignored me. In the end, I had to do a chargeback. Really disappointing experience.

Pros

The ability to mix Linkedin and email messages in sequences for automating the cadence is such a smart idea.

Cons

They charge for "enriched profiles" but honestly the data is mostly inaccurate or outdated. It's not worth the credits they charge.

Had to file a chargeback due to Buzz refusing a refund

Pros

Seriously I hated it. The support team was terrible, the platform was clunky and all they did was try to charge my card.

Cons

Honestly telling. nothing worked. The platform was buggy and the support was awful. I tried to get a refund but got no response, so I had to initiate a chargeback.

Pros

A few features were really cool like being able to combine Linkedin messages and emails in sequences, and the video intro popup, haven't seen that in other tools.

Cons

We tried the Pro plan but the statistics were unclear, and the messages weren't syncing or sending in real time. Some messages were even marked as read in LinkedIn, but they hadn't been opened.

Steer clear of Buzz

Pros

No complaints really. The best thing I can say about Buzz is that with the help of my credit card company, I'm no longer a customer.

Cons

The setup is confusing and the software has a lot of bugs. Support is practically nonexistent, and even though I canceled in writing 31 days before the billing cycle, they still kept charging my card. Not good.

I'm quite impressed

Pros

I've been really impressed with how quickly it started generating quality leads for us once we got things up and running. Sure, not every lead turns into a big win, but the overall impact has been great. Our engagement is definitely on the rise and we're seeing solid traction. It's clear that the tool is working and I'm excited to see where it takes us as we fine tune our approach.

Cons

I do run into some minor technical issues where the platform doesn't load properly but they're usually not too disruptive.
