“Great tool that works well with other apps
Pros
I really love how calendly works seamlessly with other apps like zoom. When someone books an appointment, it automatically schedules the zoom call and sends the link which saves me a ton of time!
Cons
Setting it up was a bit tricky. It took me a while, and I had to ask my web designer for help to get it integrated into my website.

There are so many useful features like workflows and appointment reminders, that make it really easy to stay on top of things.
Cons
The free version limits you to just one appointment type and the paid version is a monthly subscription. While subscriptions are part of doing business, I ended up going with another option that offered a one-time payment.

Pros
Everything about it is amazing!!. It made it so simple for my customers to pick the perfect time for their appointments. I also liked how easy it was to customize confirmation emails or text messages for them. Plus, giving customers the option to reschedule or cancel was a great feature. Syncing with my calendar helped make sure there were no conflicts with customer appointments.
Cons
I didn't actually have any issues with Calendly's interface but I'm not particularly fond of it. Plus reminders don't always come through in real time.

Pros
Calendly really covers all bases. I can set my availability, and others can pick a time slot that works for them. It's so easy for both sides to agree on a time and the meeting duration.
Cons
Occasionally it doesn't work or is completely down.

The fact that my prospects can schedule and reschedule meetings on my calendar without any trouble is a game changer. I can either send them a clickable calendar in an email or share a booking page with them.
Cons
The leadership seems to be using a different tool for web lead bookings, which creates some inconsistency, but that decision wasn't mine to make. However, we fought to keep Calendly for our personal scheduling.

Cons
