I'm happy with CaptivateIQ. It works well and provides me with detailed information that's easily readable, sortable and exportable for managing and tracking commission statements.

In the payout, it lists all line items, including previous months. I would prefer if I could separate them without having to do it manually when exporting.

Overall, I think CaptivateIQ does an excellent job with accurate data and payments. It's extremely easy to use and review.

The platform is very well structured, with a nice dashboard that's easy to understand. I also appreciate the option to go back in time and review past data.

Not much to complain about. The way the deals are outlined may be slightly confusing, but I'm not sure if that's due to CaptivateIQ or how our finance team reports individual deals.

“Perfect sales comission tool

Pros

This is the most useful sales commission tool I've ever seen. I love how it breaks down the deals and the revenues accrued. It enhances transparency between Sales and Rev Ops, as well as between Sales and Managers. Historical data is stored securely and visibly.

I think it doesn't capture everything like it misses some deals. I'm not sure if this is a software issue or human error. Some of the reported numbers weren't accurate either, but again, it's unclear whether that's due to the software or human error.

“Amazing reporting capabilities

Its reporting is great, and accessing reports is very easy.

Nothing at the moment, though maybe we could improve it by adding graphical representations.

CaptivateIQ has a great UI/UX. It gives me a clean view of my commission statements.
