“pricing page conversions that hit”
Pros
The biggest win with the software is how quickly it turns buying intent into an actual conversation. When someone is sitting on your pricing page, that's usually your hottest prospect and too many companies still make that person submit a form and wait until the next day. That delay is where deals start to disappear. Captiwate removes that gap. A visitor lands on a high-intent page, we can identify who they are and within seconds we're already engaging them. Between live video, click-to-call and AI chat handling qualification when nobody is available, it covers that immediate response really well. I always talk about having three options on a website: start a trial, book a demo or click to call. Captiwate completely owns that third path and for us it ended up being the highest-converting one. On our side, that has meant around 200 conversations a month and about $77K in influenced MRR. The visitor identification also resolves to real companies instead of feeling like a vague guess. Getting it set up was quick too, no six-week rollout, no outside consultant and it works perfectly well alongside Salesforge.ai and Claude :)
Cons
It depends heavily on having real traffic coming in. If you're not already generating meaningful inbound volume, this probably isn't the first tool to invest in. You need to get the top of funnel working before something like this can really do its job. It also only works if someone on your side is actually ready to respond. The platform creates the opportunity but your team still has to be there to capture it. We cover US hours by running from 2pm to 11pm local time and that operational coverage is something we have to own, not something Captiwate handles for us.

“Conversations that convert”
Pros
I love how it transforms passive website visitors into real-time conversations. The video feature makes interactions feel far more personal and engaging than standard forms and being able to move into a live call takes away a lot of friction from the buying process.
Cons
I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about the product or the team behind it.

“Realtime visitor tracking saves time”
Pros
Watching website visitors in real time has been really useful and it's message templates help speed things up a lot. The built-in calendar links for booking demos and the call option inside the chat window are especially valuable. Those features save a lot of time particularly the call option and the templates and getting everything set up in the beginning was simple to manage.
Cons
The inbox would be better with a search feature.
