Our Salesforce admin really likes the functionality it offers for sales operations.

Cons

Not that easy to use when it comes to customizing the experience for things like reminder emails, group meetings etc.

I like that Chili Piper syncs easily with calendars and makes booking easy. The software supports online booking and scheduling and comes with some lead management features.

“The most optimized tool for booking meetings

It removes a lot of friction when booking demos, thanks to its integration with Clearbit and Hubspot. It lets us ask for less info on the website form (since Clearbit handles the enrichment) and this has really helped improve our form conversion rates.

Cons

Nothing comes to my mind. It's just that sometimes the calendar takes a little longer to load but that's pretty rare.

It's soooo easy to use and lets prospects directly see the availability of other Chili Piper users.

The Zoom integration can be a little clunky and when there's an issue, it's easier to just use outlook or google calendar to schedule the meeting.

First, we have an awesome CSM who was really hands on in helping us get started. The system is pretty user friendly too.

I love how you can schedule nearly everything on the scheduling page. Thanks to it, we could design it to leave space for our brand while also showing info about how to schedule and what the meeting's about. Some of the other tools we looked at were so plain, so we were happy we went with one that lets us look professional and polished.

Not much really. Just the embedded calendars do stutter sometimes, maybe that could be improved.
