Makes pipeline visibility much simpler and lets reps update everything a lot faster than SFDC.

Cons

The only real downside is that it still doesn't offer automated email alerts when something changes in the forecast.

“User friendly”

Pros

It's easy to use and does a good job of helping manage leadership expectations from month to month. It also makes it easier to plan ahead, spot where pipeline gaps need to be filled and shift your time and focus when necessary.

Cons

The dashboards and different views can be tricky to set up and recreate. It's also not an essential tool for an individual contributor though it's still a nice feature to have.

Has been accessible and packed with features and it does exactly what we need for managing and viewing the pipeline.

Cons

It is not especially flexible when it comes to changing certain default settings but the out-of-the-box setup is already very solid so that tradeoff is pretty common.

“clear dashboards”

Pros

Using this tool feels very easy and that's probably its biggest strength. The integration with SFDC works smoothly and brings in all the right information. The dashboards make everything very simple to follow and understand. It takes me under five minutes to submit my forecast and it also helps me quickly spot the areas that need attention. It saves me a lot of time during forecast calls.

Cons

Honestly, I think the system is top shelf. If anything, I need to do a better job of learning the app so I can take full advantage of everything the mobile experience offers.

Pros

The pipeline layout is well organized and being able to edit next steps directly in line makes daily updates more convenient. Its forecasting capabilities are also a strong point and one of the most useful parts of the platform.

Cons

Where it falls short is in updating opportunities. As the title suggests, it works really well for forecasting but it is not nearly as effective when it comes to keeping the pipeline clean and fully up to date.

Pros

Everything is easy to use and all the key information is right at your fingertips. The interface is clear, customizable and makes it simple to focus on what matters most.

Cons

Something that could be better is exporting reports into other formats which feels like it should be more flexible.

“Salesforce sync stands out!”

Pros

Being able to forecast opportunities has been a huge plus and the renewal forecasting is just as valuable. The direct sync with Salesforce is another big benefit since I don't have to update two different platforms or create extra work for myself.

Cons

Like a lot of software tools, this one took some time to get comfortable with because the platform is fairly complex. That made me a little hesitant at the beginning while I was learning how to use it.

“faster 1:1s with management”

Pros

1:1 meetings with my management team move much faster now.

Cons

It still doesn't integrate with Dooly.ai and that limits my reporting capabilities.
