“Powerful data analytics tool, but needs more customization options”
Pros
I find Clari really effective in visualizing data that would otherwise be either difficult or very time-consuming to access directly from Salesforce. Particularly, it's great for tracking pipeline changes over time (like with the waterfall chart) and for the forecast module (tracking forecast adjustments, etc). I also appreciate features aimed at rep productivity, like the bi-directional sync that helps keep SFDC fields updated and the activity capture.
Cons
While the dedicated analytics are useful, I think more flexibility and customization options would really enhance the experience. For example in the Funnel chart, it would be helpful if we could view deals that were supposed to close in the previous quarter as of a specific date (like the first day of the quarter for deals set to close in Q1) rather than just the deals that actually closed in the quarter. I'd also like to see improvements in the dashboard functionality as it feels rigid especially when pulling specific KPIs into the top deal charts, which can often be restrictive.

Pros
This software is very user friendly for our leadership and integrating Co-pilot and Groove brings some real benefits.
Cons
While Clari's customer support is really good, the system isn't as flexible or customizable from an admin perspective.

Pros
Loved how it displays the hierarchy and role-up of numbers for leaders and those above them.
Cons
One issue I encounter is that my column view sometimes resets randomly to default, causing me to waste time adjusting the columns I need during calls with reps.

Pros
For someone on the operations team, Clari is an all-in-one solution for forecasting and analytics, which is incredibly helpful. I can easily check forecasts and see how they impact the pipeline, and I spend a lot of time using Clari efficiently.
Cons
When new updates are rolled out, the platform can feel a bit clunky for a short period, though this is usually resolved quickly. And also I think the tool isn't the most user-friendly but after a brief training session, it becomes much easier to use effectively.

It has greatly improved our ability to scale the quality process for auditing sales team calls. It offers valuable, easy to understand summaries that highlight key parts of the calls. Searching for specific phrases from thousands of calls is now a breeze. Another standout feature is its transcription of calls in other languages, which was previously impossible for us. This has been invaluable for auditing calls from regions outside the US. It's helped us build a more efficient feedback loop and provide timely training for salespeople. Clari has also been instrumental in measuring and improving our sales pipeline. We no longer have to listen to an entire call just to find specific details like whether the price was mentioned or if the benefits were explained properly. It saves us countless hours. Kudos to Clari for this product!
Cons
As the company scales, there are inevitable challenges. It has a support portal where we can submit tickets but it would be even more helpful if we could receive a call from the Clari support team when necessary, instead of only communicating through email.

Pros
I love how simple and easy it is to set up Clari. It integrates with CRM, Zoom and calendars, so once it's set up, we don't have to worry about it and it allows us to record calls. It also gives access to the script, which makes reviewing past calls easier.
Cons
There's really nothing I dislike. I'm very satisfied with their current product.
