“Gaining insights into sales”
Pros
The ability to compare competitor business performance and calculate net cash flow benefits if matching competitors performance is a game-changer in Sales Pursuits. The previous version of ClientIQ was easy to use but looked outdated, while the new ClientIQ 2 looks fantastic, with screenshots much more likely to be directly included in my presentations, saving me time transcribing numbers. The Pursuit feature is nice for interactive client conversations, though it may need more flexibility to handle the complexity of Digital Transformation pursuit discussions. It might be helpful to map primary pursuit topics to the options available in the Pursuit builder.
Cons
Verifying that reasonable competitors are chosen by the system currently requires checking the SIC codes they are categorized under. It's not easy to see this when checking the selected competitors or potential replacements from the broader list. And I would like People Productivity to automatically include 'Cash Flow Improvement' calculations by default (as this often applies to the discussions I have about improving productivity). Depreciation should also be listed as it helps compare competitors' equipment quality, which could indicate performance differences.

“Expectations and feedback”
Pros
The peer ratio analysis in client assessment reports and company insights are valuable features.
Cons
There is no region wise list of medians and the companies ranked in the communication sector aren't correctly ordered based on market size or revenue. It would also be helpful to include operational KPIs such as churn, ARPU, NPS, CSAT etc. The "Power of One" method used in the tool feels too unrealistic since it's based on the "what if" approach.

“Fantastic”
Pros
The ease of use and data quality play a crucial role in our account planning and research. The value modeler capability is especially valuable when working with customers to build compelling value stories.
Cons
It would be a huge time saver if the data entered for a company in the value modeler could be "copied" or applied to another company. Also you have to manually remember and re-enter the same details, which is inefficient when creating a similar model for another company.

When trying to understand how customers are performing financially, this is the best tool. It provides metrics that are invaluable for justifying engagements.
