Simple and effective CRM

Pros

So far, my experience has been good. Everything seems to be working as expected. It's an easy-to-use, flexible platform with great features.

Cons

We just started a few months ago so I haven't experienced anything negative yet.

You should definitely try CLOSE CRM

Pros

The interface is easy to navigate and the UI is very clean. They also have an amazing roadmap and support under the MS startup program, which includes customer call features.

Cons

The feature set is somewhat lacking but they have a strong product roadmap which makes it easier to stick with the software.

Top features in a CRM solution you can get

Pros

I like the sales forecasting features and the CRM tools are amazing. It also handles email management really well. The call recording feature works flawlessly.

Cons

I haven't had any bad experiences using Close so far.

Excellent if it suits your business model, otherwise just okay

Pros

What I liked about Close was how it consolidates all the tools into one CRM. The sales pipeline and lead management system were incredibly intuitive and easy to use right from the start.

Cons

The phone features seem underdeveloped or possibly intentionally kept minimal.

Top CRM for sales teams

Pros

Close is excellent if you're looking for a CRM that's focused on sales.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike but there are a few features that seem to be missing but that's nothing major.

It's really easy to use

Pros

I appreciate how organized Close is, especially how efficient it is when sending quick texts.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing I dislike about it. I've used other CRMs and they were terrible. Close has always been userfriendly and the UI/UX is simple and effective.

Wonderful software for sales

Pros

Effective communication is key to successful sales and Close CRM offers a great platform for communication through email, calls and SMS. Its user interface makes navigation effortless, allowing sales teams to focus on what matters most.

Cons

I do wish there was more focus on ongoing policy management within the CRM.

Easy usage and great help

Pros

Close's UI/UX makes it super easy to navigate and manage daily sales activities. We also use JustCall and the integration is seamless, allowing us to work from a single CRM with a phone plug-in.

Cons

Their should be a better way to clean up data on a macro level.

Fantastic CRM solution to manage all your efforts in one place

Pros

The setup is easy and the dashboards are simple to understand with great analytics. The predictive dialer, voicemail drops, call cadences and email marketing tools are all available. I enjoy the Smart Views function and the inbox tool and the fluidity of email follow-ups is excellent. I feel much better knowing everything is in one place, making it easy to share information with my team. My customer service experience has been excellent as well.

Cons

I don't like how Close retrieves my planned emails before they send. If I modify the email I'm scheduling, Close logs all versions. Filters also take some time to get used to and I'm not always sure if I'm filtering correctly. It would be helpful to have a one-stop video that answers all your questions or walks you through the intricacies of Close.

It does the job but it's not the best out there

Pros

It's UX/UI is very clean, easy to use and navigate. Everything is accessible "on one page" so you don't have to dig around or click through confusing, technical buttons.

Cons

It's almost too simple to the point where it can feel cluttered. You can easily create multiple entries due to how the integrations are set up, making it unclear what the "right" profile is. Also, there's very little tracking of progression, it is quite basic in that regard.

Excellent software for outbound sales

Pros

The connected email feature makes it easy to design sequences across multiple channels. It's very customizable and the dynamic copy in sequences is incredibly useful.

Cons

Email inboxes occasionally get disconnected from Gmail. Some customizations, though nice, make it a little complicated.
