Pros

It's great for getting insights into the technologies that prospects are using.

Cons

It's a bit problematic that I can only export 10 leads at a time to LinkedIn.

Pros

I use this to pinpoint people within an organization especially those who aren't on LinkedIn or are private. It helps a lot

Cons

A valuable tool for market intelligence in territory planning

Pros

Closefactor gives you a quick snapshot of which accounts to target based on multiple criteria.

Cons

I've been using it for a few years and they have been consistently closing gaps and improving.

Essential for identifying ICP and prospects

Pros

We are growing fast and CloseFactor helps us build a more data driven approach to territory planning. Once you have the accounts, it's super helpful for reps to find the ideal contacts. Adding accounts to the system is easy and the support especially the technical support rep, he is excellent!!!

Cons

UI could definitely use some improvements, and the search function could be more user-friendly.

A crucial tool for effective prospecting

Pros

I mostly use the Heatmap feature on CloseFactor, and it's been super helpful. It saves me so much time by automating the manual work I'd usually do, like searching through LinkedIn profiles. What I really like is that it pulls info from specific parts of the LinkedIn profile, like the "About" section and the user's current role description. When I search for a keyword manually, it pulls results from various areas on the profile, including "Skills," but that doesn't really help me figure out if a technology is being used at their current company.

Overall I've had a great experience. No complaints so far.

Indispensable for ICP targeting , will continue using at future companies

Pros

The technology aligns perfectly with our strategic goals. The support is amazing, though the product features aren't fully mature yet. Still the roadmap looks promising, and they've got a strong track record of making improvements consistently.

Cons

The integration maturity and the ability to customize independently from an admin point of view could be improved.

The best way to kickstart your day is with CloseFactor!

Pros

Closefactor is fantastic for lead generation, account based research, creating value pyramids, and pulling all the relevant information I need from day one to hit the ground running. It's the first thing I check in the morning, most days of the week.

Cons

No major issues right now. It would be awesome if CF expanded into contact information, like Apollo or ZoomInfo but what they have built so far is solid.

Its perfect for account research

Pros

It's a great tool for figuring out where to focus your efforts in your territory using leading indicators.

Cons

Nothing specific just that it would be great if prospect contact info could be enriched within the tool.
