“All-in-one gym management favorite”
Pros
This has been one of the best platforms to use for running a gym and handling just about every daily need. I've been using this software for the past three years and during that time I've been able to manage so many gym-related tasks in one place. From my experience I can send campaigns, emails and SMS messages without needing separate tools which has been really valuable. I personally feel it covers all the essentials we need to keep operations organized and communication flowing.
Cons
No real downsides. From what I've seen we're continuously putting in the effort to make it the best software possible so I don't really have any negatives to point out right now.

“Great for keeping leads together”
Pros
I like that I can keep all of our fitness and personal training leads together in one centralized space so everyone on the team can reach out without things getting scattered. It also connects with DataTrak which makes the whole process much more convenient for us and helps everything work better together.
Cons
Something that really slows me down is not being able to send bulk text blasts or create contact lists for messaging. Instead I have to text or call each member one at a time and that ends up taking a lot more time than it should.

“powerful and flexible features”
Pros
I've found Club-os to be a really powerful platform that still feels user friendly in day-to-day use. What I like most is that I can dive deep into all the settings, options and categories when I need more control but I can also keep things simple when that makes more sense. For me that balance between depth and simplicity makes the software work well for different needs without feeling limiting.
Cons
At first I felt a little overwhelmed by how many tabs and menu options there were and it did take me some time to learn where everything was and what each section actually did. Once I got familiar with the layout though, it became much more useful and started to feel incredibly helpful in managing tasks efficiently.

“helpful marketing tools but limiting integration”
Pros
What I liked most was how many useful options were included and I felt the platform covered almost everything we needed to better connect with customers and encourage them to return. I found the outreach features especially valuable because I could send marketing campaigns without much hassle. A lot of the automation also saved me time in day-to-day work and I really appreciated the referral feature since that was something I had not seen offered in other software.
Cons
My biggest issue was the Mindbody integration which created problems for us. In my case, we were not using Mindbody at all because our small business already had another system that was working well and I did not want to switch over just to make this platform fit. If the software had functioned just as well without depending on Mindbody back then, I think we probably could have kept using it for a much longer time.

“quick member lookup and handy calendar”
Pros
something I really like about this tool is how fast I can pull up guests or members by entering just three letters of their first and last name. That feature saves me time during busy moments and makes searching much less frustrating. I also enjoy using the calendar and the availability options work really well for keeping my schedule organized and up to date.
Cons
From time to time I do run into freezing issues while using it which can be frustrating. When that happens I've also noticed that the system sometimes logs me out unexpectedly.

“Helpful for tracking clients”
Pros
I was able to stay on top of client progress notes, view all club clients in one place and check people in for sessions without any trouble. From my experience it kept the day-to-day client management organized and made it easier for me to follow what was happening across the club.
Cons
A limitation I noticed was that the version we used did not allow remote access when I needed to check the schedule. I had to be on-site to look things up which was a bit inconvenient at times.

“friendly team and fast setup”
Pros
Well I like that this platform has a central console to work from. Whenever we bring on a new client that uses the platform, I just email our contacts to get them added and in most cases I see it handled within minutes. I also find their team consistently friendly, courteous and pleasant to work with.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is the ability to download reports directly from the site instead of only receiving them by email. I think that would make reporting a lot more convenient for me.

Pros
I can use it without any hassle. I've found it to be organized, well maintained and consistently updated which makes it feel reliable day to day. It also helps me manage my client base and stay on top of how my business is running so from my experience it has been a really useful tool.
Cons
As for my overall experience I've honestly had a very positive time with it. I haven't run into any major problems so my experience has been good overall.

Pros
Something I like most about Club-os is how well it keeps everything organized especially when I'm managing follow-ups, appointments and communication across other software tools. I've found the system very simple to work with and from my experience, it runs reliably and helps me stay on top of daily tasks without feeling cluttered.
Cons
From time to time I do notice a few glitches although they happen pretty rarely. In my experience those small issues haven't taken away from the overall experience which has still been very positive.

Pros
I've found that it makes following up with potential new clients much more organized and manageable than the way my previous workplace handled it. From my experience, it has really improved how I keep track of outreach and stay on top of conversations.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that some features don't work as consistently as I expect which can make training coworkers take longer than it should. In my experience, that inconsistency sometimes creates confusion for colleagues while they're learning the software.

Pros
I really enjoyed being able to communicate directly with my members through Club-os. I felt that this feature made staying connected much more convenient and helped me keep conversations organized in one place.
Cons
I did not like that when I added a member in another system that information did not automatically carry over into Club OS. I found it frustrating to enter the same member details again instead of having the systems sync properly.

Pros
Club-os is user-friendly in day-to-day use. I've also liked seeing the regular updates that continue to improve the functionality and make the system more useful over time. For me it's been a really helpful club platform for keeping track of guests, managers and my own book of business all in one place.
Cons
Wish there was a mobile version. I'm not at my desk very often and, honestly, I'm away from it about 90% of the time. Because of that having access to the system through a mobile app would be incredibly helpful and much more practical for the way I work.

Pros
I like that this platform sends alerts to remind me when something is coming up or due which helps me stay on top of things without having to constantly check everything myself. I've also found the billing feature really useful especially when I'm unsure how many PT sessions a client still has left. It saves me time and makes it much easier for me to keep track of client details.
Cons
I noticed that the web version worked better for me than the app version so my experience on mobile wasn't quite as good.

Actually I use it to follow my daily workout schedule and it gives me a full picture of my gym activity. From what I've seen, the monthly reports are detailed enough to help me stay on track and work toward my fitness goals more effectively.

I enjoy that Club OS helps me stay connected with prospects, keep track of my interactions with them and make sure follow-ups come up right when I need them. I've found it really useful for staying organized and making sure no lead slips through the cracks.
Cons
What really frustrates me is how disconnected the email function feels. When a prospect replies, I want to keep the conversation going in the same thread but that doesn't happen and it ends up creating a lot of unnecessary confusion for me. I'd much rather have the option to continue within an existing thread or choose to start a new one when needed. On top of that, I still notice a big disconnect between Club OS and Datatrack and since those are the two systems my company relies on most, that lack of integration has been pretty inconvenient.
