It still lacks MCP support so connecting it to Claude or other AI tools isn't possible. Advanced automations take some time to learn and pricing climbs as you add more sources and seats. It's also tied to spreadsheets which can become limiting with bigger datasets, refreshes aren't actually real-time and a few niche data sources still don't have connectors.

Pros

Bringing together different data sources and turning them into attractive dashboards has been incredibly smooth for our team. It has genuinely changed the way we work, giving us a noticeable lift in productivity and making our meetings much more efficient.

Cons

My only complaint is with the AI in the dashboard since it only lets you make one change at a time. That can get frustrating especially when there are a lot of updates you need to make all at once.

“Salesforce syncing made better”

Pros

Being able to pull data from multiple connected apps straight into Google Sheets and push updates back to the source systems especially Salesforce, has been the biggest advantage for me. I used to rely heavily on Data Loader and Coefficient has made that whole process much simpler. It's easier to share, more approachable to use and it reduces how many sheets and CSV files I have to keep track of. I can stay inside the tool I'm already using instead of constantly switching between platforms. Another feature I really value is the recurring report pull. It helps me create automated dashboards while still giving me room for manual calculations and adjustments and it keeps stakeholders updated automatically without extra effort from me. Overall it's been a real productivity boost for both me and my team and I use it every single day.

Cons

There's nothing significant to complain about. Once in a while, we need to refresh a connection or re-authenticate but it's not a serious issue.

Pros

Having database queries flow directly into Google Sheets has been a big win since everything is right there to build pivot charts and graphs without extra steps. Setting up daily imports is also very easy. On top of that, the support team is quick to respond whenever our team runs into issues and they make sure everything is fully resolved before closing the ticket.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see is a way for team admins to transfer ownership of import jobs without having to contact support. It would also be helpful to have alerting based on query results, like when the row count doesn't increase from the previous run or when the last-updated date is outdated.

Pulling data from multiple tools into one central place for reporting and dashboards has been incredibly convenient. It really simplifies the whole process and makes it much easier to keep everything organized in one location.

Cons

I do wish the pricing model were structured a bit differently especially when it comes to the AI dashboarding features. There are also moments when an import fails without giving a clear explanation which can be frustrating.

Pros

Setting up automated dashboards has been a huge time saver for me! I can pull data from Jira, Salesforce and MySQL without much effort and the whole process is very easy to use. Getting the data is fast and once the initial setup is done, it pretty much takes care of itself. The pricing feels fair for how much time it saves and the support team has been excellent. I had one issue come up and the support agent really went the extra mile to get it sorted out.

Cons

There really isn't much for me to complain about because it handles what I need very well. The only thing I'd like to see is support for using it with Postman too.

“Quick and easy setup”

Pros

Running this software was incredibly simple and the configuration is easy too which saves our team a lot of time when it comes to pulling reports. Instead of downloading everything manually, the reports come in automatically and that has been a big help. Setup was quick since all we had to do was add it to Google Sheets and connect it to Salesforce so we were able to start generating reports almost right away. Using Coefficient inside Google Sheets to connect with our Salesforce reports and refresh them daily has been especially valuable and it works really well alongside tools such as Looker Studio.

Cons

The only limitation on our side is that we'd also want to use it with Microsoft tools like Excel and OneDrive for these reports. Having support for that environment would be really useful but that's not something it offers right now.

Pros

Scheduled refreshes really stand out. After the connection is configured, the data stays up to date consistently without me having to do anything manually and I can count on the tool to notify me if something needs attention. It feels very approachable to use while still offering the level of power you'd want from a serious reporting tool. I mostly work with it in Google Sheets and that's where it delivers the most value for me. HubSpot's native reporting is strong but there are plenty of cases where Sheets or Excel are the better option especially for derivative calculations, more layered logic or highly custom analysis. Coefficient closes that gap really well and lets me move between systems without relying on brittle exports or awkward workarounds.

Cons

I honestly don't have any significant complaints. The pricing is definitely noticeable but it feels fair for what the product delivers and it's been easy to justify internally because of the time it saves and the risk it helps reduce.Another thing I value is the transparency. If a refresh fails or a connection needs attention, I hear about it right away. I'm not left wondering whether an integration has quietly broken in the background and that kind of visibility matters a lot for operational reporting.

Pros

Uploading files from different sources is pretty easy on this platform. It's convenient to search for a file by name and setting up recurring refreshes on a daily or weekly basis is simple to manage. The update and failure notifications are useful too because they make it clear which files need attention and show when each one was last refreshed.

Cons

I'd like to see more scheduling flexibility especially an option for monthly updates. Having to reconnect major platforms like Netsuite every seven days makes automation harder than it should be since it adds ongoing maintenance. It would also be better if importing Netsuite reports felt more accessible because right now the system only supports pulling in Netsuite Saved Searches.

“Needs improvement”

Pros

Getting the connection up and running is pretty easy which I appreciate. That said, a lot of my scheduled refreshes don't actually happen at the cadence I've set. For example, I'll open a file that's supposed to refresh daily and see that the last update was several days ago. When I try to refresh it manually, it can sit there for a while and sometimes ends up throwing an error. I've created quite a few connections recently but some of them seem to have just fizzled out over time. I've also noticed emails saying we need to reconnect or refresh all of our Coefficients because of an update on your end. I don't mean to sound difficult but that's not something I want to keep dealing with. One of the things I originally loved was that it felt like a true set-it-and-forget-it tool.

Cons

There's also a limitation that gets in the way when I need to push a Salesforce report into Google Sheets. I'm not sure whether it's a Google setting or a software limitation but once the report gets too large, it seems to top out around 50-60K rows. That's not very workable for us since we deal with a pretty large amount of data.
