This has helped us streamline our prospecting process especially when it comes to finding direct dials and verified email addresses. The platform is easy to navigate and the Chrome extension makes it super convenient to grab contact details on the go.
Cons
While the data accuracy isn't always 100%, which is to be expected, it can be frustrating when numbers are outdated. Also the pricing is on the higher side, making it potentially less suitable for smaller teams with tighter budgets.

One of the biggest challenges in sales is finding reliable contact data. Cognism consistently provides high-quality, compliant data that connects me with decision-makers. I have reduced bounce rates and increased response rates by reaching the right people at the right time. It's an absolute powerhouse for outbound teams.
Cons
It really provides an extensive amount of data and while pulling large lists can sometimes take a moment, it's a reflection of how thorough their database is. The trade-off is worth it for the accuracy and depth of insights.

“Lead generation done perfectly
Pros
Cognism is perfect for email marketing campaigns as it allows me to reach decision-makers based on location, industry and role. Using their verified email feature makes these campaigns hugely successful!
Cons
The only drawback I've noticed is that the revenue figures for companies are not always accurate.

The ease of use is excellent!!! better than any alternative I've used before (and we have tried a few!). Their platform is acessible, easy to use and their customer service is excellent.
Cons
I have encountered a few duplicates when exporting contact lists, which means we end up spending more credits than necessary. However, when raised, these issues have always been refunded. It's just a bit of extra admin work.

Their lead data compared to their competitors is really comprehensive, especially for international leads like in the EU. They provide a good amount of accurate AI insights and their customer support is also top-notch.
Cons
It's not as easy to use and it doesn't offer the advanced features of tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Navigator. It doesn't exactly replace those tools, making it more of a luxury option rather than a primary one.

My favorite features are the Diamond verified numbers, which are the most accurate I've found compared to other outreach tools and the ability to build account lists to track my prospecting efforts.
Cons
Nothing overly stands out but sometimes it takes a while to load or some of the contacts are outdated on Cognism. However, I can manually update them.

Nothing positive to report. It lacks a proper database and the available emails and phone numbers are never updated. There's a 90% bounce rate on emails and 95% of the contact numbers are unavailable.

Targeted data has made my job easier and helped us achieve great things in 2023. I really like how well it integrates with HubSpot. The reporting feature also lets you track how much data has been used and what's been flagged as incorrect.
Cons
Incorrect data is a downside. However, the good thing is that they allow you to easily flag these issues and make them aware.

Having implemented Cognism across various businesses, I can honestly say it's unrivaled in terms of ease of use and data quality. While it isn't the cheapest on the market, it has proven time and again to be the only enterprise data platform worth its value, especially for the UK and EMEA. It's a tool I use daily and wouldn't want to be without. I'll always return to it for: 1) ease of setup and onboarding, 2) intuitive, user-friendly interface and 3) seamless integration with Salesforce.
Cons
My score would be a 10 but I have had a very hands-off experience with customer success. We haven't heard from them since the first week of onboarding. That said, I don't really know what I would need them for since it's such an easy tool to use, but it would be nice to hear from them once in a while.
