“network graph boosts prospecting”
Pros
One of the most valuable parts for me is the network graph since it makes it much easier to see who knows whom. That's been especially helpful for figuring out connections to my customers and identifying possible paths through mutual contacts. I also really enjoy using it for prospecting because I can either start with one person I know well and trace useful introductions or upload a list of target accounts and uncover relevant paths through people already in my network. Getting everything set up was also very easy.
Cons
Don't have any issues to mention.

“powerful network insights”
Pros
Has been really valuable for uncovering warm introductions to potential targets and keeping up with my network as contacts move between jobs. It gives me a much broader picture of my relationships by pulling in connections from email, LinkedIn and advocate networks. That makes it easier to see the strongest relationship paths which are scored and prioritized in a way that helps me get better results. I also appreciate the important context and thoughtful analytics since they help me act quickly and identify the best path to a target with more speed and accuracy. The insights feel genuinely distinctive and go beyond anything I could simply pull from a large language model. On top of that, their customer service has been consistently responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or suggestions. Over the last 18 months, the platform has improved rapidly and it's far more user friendly now than it used to be. I'm confident they'll keep building on that progress and make it even more impactful.
Cons
At this point, it fits my needs very well especially because the team has been highly responsive to feedback and has adapted the product a lot over the past 18 months.

“unique networking reach”
Pros
Makes the whole networking workflow feel very smooth especially because it links the company's LinkedIn and email networks in one place. That gives me visibility into who I can reach out to, including second- and third-degree connections and even get referrals through them. The one-click email option is the feature that really tops it off for me. Setup was also pretty quick, taking only about two or three days which mattered a lot for our team. I honestly haven't come across another product like this and it feels like a very unique solution in the market.
Cons
At the time we started using it, they were still a small company so in some ways it felt like we were part of their testing phase. There were a few bugs early on but to their credit, they were very responsive on Slack and helped resolve our questions quickly.

“valuable intros every week”
Pros
After spending the last ten years making more than 10,000 introductions for companies in our portfolio, we've seen about a 2.5% close rate and our companies have continued to get real value from it. The people I connect are usually appreciative to hear about these products, even if they never become customers. It keeps the whole introduction process simple for both me and the companies and I end up using it several times a week.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is tracking around the success rate of the introductions I make. My understanding is that this may already be part of their product roadmap.

“fast connections that boost sales”
Pros
Getting started is pretty easy. Once it's connected within the enterprise, it guides you through each step of the process so onboarding an organization doesn't feel overly complicated. After you grant access to internal data, the AI does a solid job of surfacing the right information. It's also simple enough for salespeople to use without much trouble. One thing I really value is that it goes beyond a lot of other tools by helping you quickly identify and connect with the right person inside an organization or partner company which really helps move the sales cycle along faster. That combination of usability and broad functionality is what makes it stand out to me.
Cons
Biggest area for improvement is making data access inside the organization more smooth. Pulling in emails, correspondence and Salesforce integrations could be simpler, even though it has clearly improved over time. I'd also love to see the setup become closer to an instant install instead of requiring a more involved implementation process. With so many moving parts across the sales stack, having something that feels almost self-installable would be the ideal outcome.

“clear paths and fast ROI”
Pros
Gives me a very easy way to identify the strongest path to the person I'm trying to reach. One thing I really value is being able to have someone inside my organization draft a note for me to send which turns the process into just a couple of clicks instead of dealing with copy-pasting and fixing formatting. It does a solid job of finding the right connection path to open doors, saves time by quickly surfacing the best route to an introduction and helps with drafting notes for others as well. It's also been useful for getting access to C-level contacts at target accounts which helps build pipeline, move deals forward and close more business. The Salesforce and Claude integrations work smoothly. Another big plus is how quickly the team responds to feature requests--when I suggest something, it gets built almost right away, like the recent approval paths for internal executives to send notes. Setup was fast and simple, with their team taking care of most of it and we've already seen strong ROI from the investment.
Cons
The only real drawback is that I sometimes have to try AI search, regular search and company search before finding what I need although the answer is usually there in the end.

“Can keep fo life!”
Pros
Having a network I can keep for life is a huge plus and I really value the peace of mind that comes with knowing all my contacts are neatly organized. It is especially useful because it automatically pulls in new contacts whenever I connect with someone through email or LinkedIn. The ghost email feature has also been incredibly helpful, whether I'm drafting an email for someone else to send or having someone write one on my behalf. On top of that, being able to build custom lists of people I know, such as top marketers, CEOs or engineers, makes it really convenient to find the right person to reach out to anytime. Getting started was simple too since it mostly involved authenticating my accounts and curating my network and I feel reassured knowing my data and privacy are well protected.
Cons
What I'm really looking forward to is calendar integration since I know it's on the roadmap. It would be even better to quickly see all the people I'm scheduled to meet with in the coming week.

“Happy with my choice”
Pros
Getting introduced through CTD.ai feels natural and genuinely effective. We've been able to book meetings with executive sponsors without doing any manual LinkedIn outreach, it really comes down to finding the right path to trust.
Cons
It takes a little time to fully understand how the trust-building piece works. There still isn't a native mobile app yet.

“accessible and clean software”
Pros
Right away the software feels accessible and the clean, visually appealing interface makes mapping and understanding professional relationships really simple. The insights and analytics are also incredibly valuable when it comes to strategic networking and spotting the key influencers across your network.
Cons
One part that could be better is the initial setup and integration since it felt fairly complex and took more time than expected. That can be especially challenging if you are not very tech-savvy. I've also run into occasional syncing delays which is frustrating when I need the latest information as quickly as possible.
