Pros

One of the most valuable parts for me is the network graph since it makes it much easier to see who knows whom. That's been especially helpful for figuring out connections to my customers and identifying possible paths through mutual contacts. I also really enjoy using it for prospecting because I can either start with one person I know well and trace useful introductions or upload a list of target accounts and uncover relevant paths through people already in my network. Getting everything set up was also very easy.

Pros

Has been really valuable for uncovering warm introductions to potential targets and keeping up with my network as contacts move between jobs. It gives me a much broader picture of my relationships by pulling in connections from email, LinkedIn and advocate networks. That makes it easier to see the strongest relationship paths which are scored and prioritized in a way that helps me get better results. I also appreciate the important context and thoughtful analytics since they help me act quickly and identify the best path to a target with more speed and accuracy. The insights feel genuinely distinctive and go beyond anything I could simply pull from a large language model. On top of that, their customer service has been consistently responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or suggestions. Over the last 18 months, the platform has improved rapidly and it's far more user friendly now than it used to be. I'm confident they'll keep building on that progress and make it even more impactful.

At this point, it fits my needs very well especially because the team has been highly responsive to feedback and has adapted the product a lot over the past 18 months.

“unique networking reach”

Pros

Makes the whole networking workflow feel very smooth especially because it links the company's LinkedIn and email networks in one place. That gives me visibility into who I can reach out to, including second- and third-degree connections and even get referrals through them. The one-click email option is the feature that really tops it off for me. Setup was also pretty quick, taking only about two or three days which mattered a lot for our team. I honestly haven't come across another product like this and it feels like a very unique solution in the market.

Cons

At the time we started using it, they were still a small company so in some ways it felt like we were part of their testing phase. There were a few bugs early on but to their credit, they were very responsive on Slack and helped resolve our questions quickly.
