There are a lot of settings to work through so the setup really matters but once everything is configured properly, it's amazing. I genuinely love using this.

Cons

Just like PSA, the learning curve is pretty steep because of how much customization it offers. I'd definitely recommend bringing in a consultant to help with the implementation.

One thing that worked really well was the document management. It made it quick to locate whatever I needed which was genuinely helpful. I also appreciated how polished and professional the proposal designs looked.

Cons

On the other hand, the quoting and proposal creation process was not a good fit for our company. We struggled with the templates quite a bit and kept needing constant customization to make them work for us.
