Great tool for managing time

Pros

The real time information available for prospecting is great and I love how the campaigns are connected and populate in Salesforce, it's super convenient.

Cons

I dont have enough experience with using it so cannot yet comment on this.

Exceptional service and program for prospecting

Pros

I like how easy it is to operate. The ability to add follow ups and set reminders is really helpful.

Cons

Haven't used it for long enough but I think it just takes some time to get the hang of.

Very easy to use product

Pros

The product is really easy to use and the product support team is fantastic.

Cons

It need more filters to better break down contact lists and I prefer an easier way to save those lists.

Simple yet efficient software

Pros

I appreciate that it combines finding buildings with locating contacts and their info. It's like Zoominfo plus google maps. The app tracks calls and emails and the team leaderboard adds a nice competitive element. The gamification features are fun like showing you're #1 on your team today. The funnel stage features are great and the ability to push info to the CRM is a bonus. It's a simple platform that doesn't overwhelm you. I would love to see Signals take the next step. The company profile is helpful for maintaining consistency across the team's emails and automation. The CSV upload feature was also super easy.

Cons

Sorry in advance, about a little disorganization... but I really believe the product could improve in a few areas. Opportunity stage advancement automation is one. We need to eliminate data integrity issues and automate stage transitions, instead of manually updating or remembering to do it. The map view is sometimes slow and zooming in and out can be tricky. The campaigns can feel overwhelming, so maybe separate dashboards for managers and users would help, with different reporting and performance views. The dashboard should show personal opportunities for individuals, not the whole team's work. I'd also like to see automation in stage transitions and the company name pulled to the property view instead of just seeing the address. There should be more customizable fields in the targets and people lists for reporting. And the campaign icons on the map are too small and hard to see. Customizable icons would be helpful. The onboarding process could be improved with "starter" campaigns for new users. The targets tab could be improved on the app, especially by adding more details like contact info, company and status. Board tasks could be more user friendly on the phone and should show more key info. Lastly I'd like to see more gamification, like performance tracking, front and center on the dashboard to increase engagement and accountability.

Looking for commercial contacts? Convex delivers perfectly!

Pros

The ability to drill down using filters helps extract very specific contact data. Convex updates contact info frequently and though its not 100%, its the most accurate I have used compared to Apollo and Zoominfo. The AI integration with email is great for crafting outreach emails that show you have done your research. The support is amazing and with personalized service from the CSM ensuring you get everything you need to use Convex optimally.

Cons

My biggest con is the export process, specially for contacts. You literally have to select only 40 contacts at a time, then go to next page, select another 40, and keep doing it over and over. If you're dealin' with an area that went through a disaster and need to get info to your team, this turns into a huge task, especially when you gotta create multiple exports. This lack of function just doesn't line up with the rest of the amazing features the product has. Not sure why this ain't a priority.

Convex is fantastic!

Pros

Pros

It's super easy to use and the sheer amount of information you can access quickly cuts down on research time when targeting prospects.

Cons

Truly helpful tool

Pros

I use Atlas to track leads and find contacts and it's incredibly helpful. The contact details are thorough and it's easy to save and manage them.

Cons

I don't like that sometimes contacts and properties are outdated, so I have to cross-check with other tools to verify info.

Excellent for building communities

Pros

It's so good that I can look up locations and make cold calls, It really helps me build relationships within the community.

Cons

The contacts aren't always up to date so I update them myself as I find incorrect ones.

It saves my time

Pros

Its great for quickly finding basic information about the buildings I'm prospecting. The map feature is especially useful for door knocking in my territory and identifying target buildings.

Cons

Since Im in a rural area, some buildings are not listed in Atlas, which can be a problem.

Fully satisfied with Atlas

Pros

User friendly with a wealth of information that's 90-95% accurate. It's awesome for lead generation, follow ups and facility information.

Cons

It's not a huge issue but sometimes searching for an address doesn't bring it up. However I can usually just populate the info manually.

Pros

Pros

I can discover key info like building permits and vertical market organization and keep track of my progress with ease.

Cons

When trying to find personnel responsible for building maintenance, I usually only find tenant info. It would be helpful to have that manager info available too.

A game-changer? Absolutely!

Pros

Atlas is a super functional and efficient platform, with easy access to important features like key contact identification, CRM integration and powerful search filters that save time and improve business operations.

Cons

One small downside to it is that sometimes there's a delay in building info showing up, but it doesn't happen much and doesn't really mess with the overall performance. Also the images they provide are usually helpful but the clarity of building footprints could be a bit better.
