Pros
Copper has been a great solution for our smaller company (13 full-time employees). It helps us track client notes, organize new inquiries and has improved communication between team members. The seamless integration with Google Workspace especially the calendar sync, has been a huge benefit.
Cons
Email templates could be more user friendly and more feature-rich.

Pipelines make it easy to review the current stage of opportunities, identify bottlenecks and ensure opportunities continue to move forward.
Cons
The filters for activities in opportunities are glitchy. Messages don't always filter correctly according to the selected filters and you have to uncheck and recheck them each time an opportunity is selected. It's very frustrating.

It has a simple UI and integrates well with other tools in the market for automation, makes it really easy to do our world.
Cons
While the simple UI is easy to navigate, it can also be clunky and occasionally nonfunctional. The Gmail extension breaks basic Gmail functionality, which I reported two years ago but there's still no resolution. Customer service is slower than before, and no one seems willing to address issues. The reporting tools are rudimentary, and I have to follow a 26 step process using the Copper API to extract customer emails based on specific criteria. It's not very user-friendly.

Copper provides a comprehensive suite of tools to track existing clients, identify opportunities and communicate with different audiences based on their customer profile. It's highly customizable, allowing me to create workflows tailored to my needs. However, the best feature is Copper's ability to sync with my Gmail-based work account, capturing all client conversations seamlessly.
Cons
Copper's highly customizable setup can be a double-edged sword. While it offers great flexibility, there are not many resources for training tailored to my specific needs. The training modules are quite generic and support mainly focuses on how to use the platform. There are QandA forums and office hours with staff support but the lack of video tutorials is a drawback. I learn best by following guided exercises but there aren't enough of those available.

Copper is so efficiently designed that it's intuitive to use. There's virtually no learning curve, yet it's very powerful and allows me to get things done quickly without wasting time figuring out how to use the product.
Cons
I can't customize the product as much as I would like. I have experience designing software and prefer to adjust tools to suit my unique needs.
