Right from the start, the sales team explained the system clearly and made the whole process feel comfortable to move forward with. The programmers have been very quick to respond whenever needed and the flexible schedule has also been a big plus for us.

After dealing with the complexity of life insurance commissions for years, coming across this software has been a huge relief. We have used plenty of other software tools over time to keep track of commissions and this is the one that finally fits our needs. It lets us customize the commission structure to match our setup so we can clearly see what we are owed, when it should be paid and reconcile everything once the commissions are received.

Cons

As with most software, there is a bit of a learning curve when getting started with the application. We are also still figuring out the best approach for bringing historical data into the system although we feel confident that we will be able to get that done.

Our commission structure is fairly complex so we reviewed several options before choosing this software and it has worked out really well. The support team during implementation was fantastic, setting everything up properly and making adjustments along the way as our needs became clearer.

Backend can be pretty complex to navigate but that complexity is also part of what gives the system its flexibility. Thankfully, the implementation team was excellent and helped us sort through everything we needed very quickly.

There is not really a downside but it does seem like it will take some training to make full use of everything the software offers.

Being able to customize the software to match our exact processes and needs has been a huge advantage. Their technical team was wonderful to work with as well. Their support team helped get our system set up and they were incredibly approachable throughout the whole process. Even without being very technical, I always felt supported because they took the time to walk through every question I had. Communication was excellent and they handled every request professionally and thoroughly. They provided an outstanding quick-start team that did a terrific job getting everything in place and running fast. We really appreciate all of their help, guidance, patience and expertise and we're genuinely grateful to be working with such a fantastic team.

There is a bit of a learning curve at first and a few upload-related tasks can be a little quirky. That said, once you understand how those quirks work, the software performs really well.

Because we offer several different products and services, it was really important for us to have one system that could handle everything. Our custom setup now saves us hours and hours of number crunching every month and eliminates the need to do commission reporting by hand. The team has better visibility and we're also cutting costs by spending less time on work that doesn't directly serve the customer.

Like any new software, there's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding the options and getting the reports to show exactly what you want. That said, it provides training and plenty of helpful videos. You do need to invest some time if you want to get the most value out of it.
