Back when I was using this in my previous role as a Business Development Manager, it really helped speed up the way I presented content to prospects and clients during sales meetings. Having everything accessible from a tablet made it much quicker and more convenient to pull up the right materials on the spot.

Cons

There were occasional performance hiccups at times but they were fairly minor and never anything too serious.

Pros

It integrates smoothly with major cloud storage providers like Box. Managing it is easy and it runs very efficiently with fast performance.

I haven't run into any issues yet. It has been working well across all platforms.

It's flexible, customizable and gave us a single source for all of our content. Now our reps always have access to the latest materials and the push notifications make it simple to stay updated whenever something new is added. It's a fantastic product that's easy to manage, simple to keep current and an excellent option for any company wanting to strengthen its sales toolkit.

Cons

The only minor challenge was that every new user had to create a Box account which caused a bit of a learning curve for some of our reps. That said, they adjusted pretty quickly and it hasn't been an issue since.

“Polished presentations”

Pros

One thing that really works well is how flexible it is. Deployment is quick, the interface is simple to use and the overall design looks polished and attractive. I also appreciate how customizable it is especially being able to present documents stored directly in our team's Google Drive and replace documents instantly for immediate team deployment.

Cons

At the moment, the only downside is that the app is limited to Apple products.

Right from the start, the application feels accessible and user friendly. It lets you post a wide range of offers and information in a simple organized and systematic way.

Cons

The offer calculator could be better since it does not generate a summarized offer.

“simple access for remote teams”

Pros

Having one easy place for our remote sales team to get the latest collateral has been a big help especially since many of our files are large. The platform is simple to use, the navigation is clear and that has made a real difference for a team that is not very technical. Because of that, they can find what they need on their own and work much more independently.

Cons

At first, it only worked with Google Suite which created an extra step for us since we were not using Google. We had to set up separate accounts and rely on Google Drive just to make it work. Now that it supports SharePoint as well, we'll be moving over to that.

Getting around the software is very easy, the interface is clear and accessible and being able to use it offline is a big advantage.

Cons

Every now and then it freezes when I try to go back to the menu.

Using this application has been very easy and it doesn't create usability issues for other users either. People who usually struggle with more complicated tools often mention in chats that there should be more simple applications like this made for users like them. On the admin side, the ability to manage application statistics and add new users without hassle is a big advantage. Communication is also very fast and pleasant whenever there are questions about the app or when new features need to be created. Working together with the developers on improving the application in our organization has been professional and trouble-free.

Cons

A drawback I ran into while using the application was the lack of instructions for how to visually organize folders, along with some difficulty when trying to upload internet links directly in the app. Luckily, that issue was resolved by creating a converter.

“offline access that changed everything”

Pros

Running both the admin side and using this software day to day, I honestly can't picture our work routine without it now. From a document management standpoint, it has fixed every issue we were dealing with and it's been an excellent fit for our sales and clinical teams who need remote access to campaigns, product information, training materials and key messaging. Since a lot of our staff work in hospitals, poor signal and unreliable internet are common problems. Being able to use an app like this one without needing an internet connection has completely changed the way we work. From the marketing side, having full access to the analytics has been incredibly valuable as well. It lets us see which documents are used most often and how our campaigns are actually being engaged with.

Cons

The only issue that comes up occasionally is making sure staff sync their content properly but that seems more like an internal training gap than a problem with the platform itself.

Pros

Uploading files is as simple as dragging and dropping them into SharePoint, Google Drive or another storage service and they sync to users' devices almost instantly. It's incredibly fast and very convenient to use.

Cons

A few features such as push notifications, are only available with the white-label version.

“Good building and storage features”

Pros

Getting started with the product felt very easy and the customer service team responds incredibly fast whenever help is needed. The building and storage features are also very user friendly which makes day-to-day use really comfortable.

Cons

Offline capability is important for my marketing work although I haven't explored that part properly yet and plan to look into it over the next few weeks. The image naming setup also took a bit of time to get used to.
