“helpful account insights”
Pros
Gives useful visibility into accounts which makes it easier to break into opportunities where there isn't already an existing relationship.
Cons
The account insights can feel a bit inconsistent from one account to another.

“polished and accessible”
Pros
After nearly three years on this software, the interface still feels polished and accessible and it has consistently helped me uncover new opportunities.
Cons
One thing I'd love to see is a more advanced Salesforce integration powered by Agentic AI so it could automatically alert me whenever an opportunity shows a crossover.

“real time and accurate data”
Pros
Has become our dependable source of truth for everything related to our partner ecosystem. It has cut down a lot of the repetitive back-and-forth questions internally about partner relationships and account overlaps. The data stays accurate and up to date in real time so there's no guessing or second-guessing involved. It also gives us centralized visibility into where partners are connected which means we no longer have to rely on manual spreadsheets to track everything.
Cons
Getting started takes a bit of adjustment especially when setting up and refining custom data-sharing rules. I'd also like to have more advanced built-in reporting options directly in the dashboard although the core features already handle what we need well.

“love this!”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is being able to pinpoint the right contact within an aligned vendor. Having a direct way to reach out for account intelligence is incredibly valuable.
Cons
A challenge is that SFDC needs to have all accounts synced accurately for the account visibility to work properly.

“shared ecosystem visibility”
Pros
Really useful for spotting prospects that overlap across partner ecosystems, whether they're existing customers, open opportunities or new prospects. The Salesforce integration paired with the dashboard experience makes it very practical to work from both the CRM and the website.
Cons
Support could be stronger and access to some features feels limited right now. I'd also love to pull reporting and use more of the functionality directly inside Salesforce especially since that would help a lot with prospecting larger groups of accounts.

“No manual work anymore!”
Pros
A big help for mapping our partner ecosystem and identifying overlapping accounts in real time! Rather than manually comparing account lists, I can quickly tell which partners already have relationships with a prospect or customer which makes warm introductions and co-sell discussions happen much faster. The Salesforce integration automatically keeps everything in sync so I'm not stuck chasing spreadsheets to uncover partnership opportunities: it turns raw overlap data into something the team can actually use commercially. Even with a high volume of partner and account records, searches and overlap reports load fast and consistently and I haven't noticed performance issues even during busy periods. The interface is clean and accessible so new team members can get comfortable without much guidance and the onboarding process went well because the support team was responsive and helped us set up the integrations properly from the start. Considering how much manual account-mapping work it eliminates, the pricing feels justified by the opportunities and deals it helps us generate and move forward. The one improvement I'd really like to see is stronger AI-driven prioritization, specifically, help identifying which overlaps are most likely to convert instead of having to sort through that manually ourselves.
Cons
One recurring frustration is that its usefulness depends heavily on partners keeping their own data current: if a partner's account list becomes outdated, the overlap reports become less reliable until they sync again. There's also a bit of a learning curve when setting up more advanced populations and custom reports especially early on. At times, I've also wanted more flexibility in how data can be exported and segmented for internal stakeholders who aren't using the platform every day. And as mentioned, the AI-driven prioritization still feels a little behind where it could be. It shows the overlaps but it doesn't really help rank which ones are worth pursuing first so that prioritization still has to be done manually.

“I can track all of my accounts!”
Pros
Something that's been really useful is being able to keep track of all my accounts in one place and clearly spot where there are opportunities to partner with others in our ecosystem.
Cons
I'd still love to see more integrations with AI tools.

“essential for ecosystem growth”
Pros
Anyone trying to build real value around prospects and customers and drive ELG really needs this software as the foundation. The insights you get from it are not only useful for partner teams either; every department can make use of the data so it ends up being a win-win for GTM, partners, prospects and customers alike. The Salesforce integration is easy and doesn't create extra work for ops and the insights come through in real time. From a commercial standpoint, the ROI is very easy to defend, the pricing is simple and the team truly cares about helping you get the most out of the investment. The newer AI capabilities also make daily work even more convenient. Honestly, if partnering is part of your strategy and you are not using this tool, it really makes you question how serious you are about partnerships.
Cons
About the only downside is that it is not a hidden gem anymore.

“powerful partner mapping”
Pros
It has become a key part of how we qualify tech partners and run co-selling. We mainly rely on it in two ways. First, it helps with commercial evaluation of potential partners because seeing real overlap with a partner's customer base gives us a far more reliable view of strategic fit than just taking self-reported positioning at face value. Second, it supports our co-sell efforts by helping us spot net-new opportunities where a partner already has influence, while also showing overlap in the existing install base so we can focus on the right joint accounts. The account mapping itself is clear and practical and the option to share limited data sets with partners without revealing the entire CRM is very thoughtfully designed. The AI Sales Assistant also fits nicely into our CRM workflow which matters a lot because the sales team can use it without breaking their flow. It brings partner overlap insights directly into the place where reps already spend their time so it feels useful in day-to-day work instead of being another separate tool that needs manual effort and an extra login. We're comfortable with the pricing and performance has been consistently solid. It just works well.
Cons
The value you get depends heavily on how complete and accurate the data is on both sides so onboarding smaller or less technically mature partners and keeping everything synced can take a bit of extra support. With more mature partners though, it works very well. One minor drawback is the added cost for PRM integrations and the need to move to a different plan for that.

“deal navigator upgrade”
Pros
The updated UI feels like a huge step forward especially the Deal Navigator. Being able to save lists internally before sending them to partners is something I really appreciate. The HubSpot integration works well and the Chrome extension makes it simple for AEs to quickly find the information they need.
Cons
What still feels limiting is the lack of flexibility in the pricing models.
