“Smart targeting”
Pros
When we're trying to put our product in front of the right audience, this really helps filter out the noise and points us toward analytics backed targets for our outreach.
Cons
Database could be broader. Its buying-intent detection works well but more granular niche segmentation would make it even better.

“A game changer”
Pros
The Sales Activation Module has been a real game changer especially because it brings prioritized accounts straight into the sales tools we already use.
Cons
The learning curve is fairly steep so it can be hard for new users to get comfortable with it at first.

“ABM project success!”
Pros
Our sales team has benefited a lot from the detailed account insights and intelligence and it was a big factor in the success of our ABM project. We also really appreciated how well it integrates with other systems.
Cons
I don't have anything to complain about. Everything has been working well for us.

“valuable insights”
Pros
Delivers valuable insights and data that can really strengthen account-based marketing efforts. It helps refine targeting and improve engagement which makes a big difference in supporting B2B marketing and sales activities.
Cons
May be costly for smaller companies and the depth of its data integration can feel like a lot for anyone not used to more complex CRM systems. On top of that, new users may need time to get past the learning curve.

“solid API integration”
Pros
Automation has worked really well for me and the API integration is solid too. I've depended a lot on the analytics and the data sets are impressively broad. The 360 Dashboard has easily been the standout feature. It made it simple to break down my onboarding and engagement efforts into different segments and run separate campaigns for each audience. Cross-channel activation is another area where it performs really well and I've used that heavily for virtual events and webinars since it lets my content show up across all channels at once.
Cons
It doesn't provide real time insights. It also falls short when you need a more granular level of detail. Because of that, you can't really trigger real time automated workflows here which feels like a gap for a community manager who needs to follow the user journey from one channel to another on the platform. Instant engagement tracking is missing as well and that's a big deal for marketers who need to move fast. On top of that, there are cheaper alternatives out there too.

“massive database”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is the massive business database which gives detailed information on potential partners, customers and even competitors. It also comes with strong risk management tools that help track credit risk and supplier dependability which has been useful for avoiding financial losses and making better decisions. On top of that, it helps businesses deal with complicated regulatory requirements making compliance easier and reducing the chance of penalties.
Cons
Frustrating part has been the inaccuracies I ran into in its credit reports. The pricing is also very high and as a startup, it was difficult for us to justify paying that much for the services provided. Another challenge is that the product map feels somewhat complicated and when I was trying to use it, it was hard to figure out which product actually matched my specific use case.

“efficient buyer targeting”
Pros
This platform has been helping me target the right buyers and that has definitely made me more efficient.
Cons
A downside for me is that I'm not really a fan of SaaS platforms so that part is a drawback.

“better engagement and conversions”
Pros
Using this software makes it much easier to identify prospects, connect with them and turn them into conversions.
Cons
They still have room to improve when it comes to measuring and optimizing performance but the way they present analytics and display data is very simple and easy to understand.

“strong results”
Pros
Our sales process has delivered excellent results with this tool: we've reduced costs, improved the buyer experience and strengthened our marketing efforts which has ultimately lowered our Customer Acquisition Cost. It also connects directly with CRMs like Salesforce so when marketing identifies a promising buyer, that lead can be routed straight to a seller or placed into a prebuilt play inside the sales automation platform.
Cons
Getting everything set up at first was somewhat challenging but once the team became more familiar with how to use the platform to its full potential, the experience improved a lot.

“everything in one place”
Pros
Having data enrichment, account based marketing, lead scoring and intent data all in one platform has been really valuable for our team. The CRM integration was easy and we were able to connect it without much trouble.
Cons
Biggest concern for us at the moment is the cost especially since we're still operating as a small business.

“Marketing and sales teams stay aligned”
Pros
Data, insights and engagement tools being in a single platform has been really valuable for my client especially with several businesses operating under one brand. It makes account-based marketing much more manageable, helps identify the right accounts to focus on and allows outreach to feel more personalized. As a result, the marketing and sales teams stay much better aligned.
Cons
A few parts could be simplified because some options are still pretty hard to navigate. A slightly different design or layout would probably make the platform more accessible to use.

“Good support team”
Pros
One of the best parts for me is the in depth data analysis. It makes it much easier to decide which target accounts to focus on and helps when building more personalized campaigns. On top of that, the ongoing training and support really help users get more value out of the tool.
Cons
It can feel a little complicated to use without the right training but aside from that, I really do not have anything else to complain about.

“User friendly”
Pros
Has been a real game changer for our ABM efforts. It delivers valuable data insights that make it much easier to identify the right target personas. On top of that, the platform is user friendly so it's simple to take full advantage of everything it offers.
Cons
After using it for quite a while I still haven't really come across any major issues or anything I genuinely dislike. The only downside is that it's a little expensive but considering the value it provides, I'd say it's worth the cost.
