This company is a scam

Pros

There is nothing good about it. The main function of this tool is to identify the companies that visit your website but it fails to do so. As it cannot give you the exact contact person at those companies.

Cons

The renewal clause is a total scam, buried deep in the terms and conditions and no one ever mentioned it to us beforehand. And remember if you do not cancel within 30 days before the renewal date, they automatically renew your subscription and you cannot cancel it.

An ideal CRM for small businesses

Pros

It is pretty simple to use. The main features I use the most are the marketing module and the contact database, and they are both easy to understand and navigate.

Cons

While I noticed that it does not have the advanced features of higher end CRMs like logic, triggers and all the advanced marketing functionalities. However for the price, it is exactly what you should expect from it.

Unfair pricing and bad customer treatment

Pros

There is nothing too extraordinary about it. The only thing I like about it is that it is simple and easy to use.

Cons

It is a total scam. I do not think it is worth a single penny! Also their customer support is poor and the sales process is also the worst.

Focuses on money only and ignores customer needs

Pros

When we first started using it, we liked the fact that it allows us to track our website visitors and reach out to potential new customers.

Cons

We realized quite early the application did not fit our needs but even after explaining this, they still renewed us for another year without fulfilling our requirements.

My perfect work partner

Pros

As a sales executive Dealfront is something I check daily. It allows me to see which companies are visiting the website, what pages they are looking at and even the keywords they are searching. This helps me better understand intent and plan account-based marketing campaigns based on their behavior.

Cons

Sometimes it misidentifies the company visiting the website but that is something I expected as nothing is perfect.

Works but expensive

Pros

Now we can reach out to leads that we would have missed otherwise. Also the lead scoring feature has been especially helpful for prioritizing and qualifying leads quickly and efficiently.

Cons

It is a powerful tool but its effectiveness really depends on how well my team can use the data it provides. Also I feel like pricing might be an issue for smaller businesses as it is pretty expensive.

Track visitors to stay ahead of competitors

Pros

It is really easy to use and the fact that we can have over 10 team members using it for various functions like customer success, sales and marketing, that too with ease is a huge plus. Plus each function can customize the account to fit their needs.

Cons

I was not happy with the new targeting feature they added because it did not target properly. Fortunately they refunded us for the campaign we ran.

Great at capturing website traffic data

Pros

Now we have a deeper view and more data about the organizations visiting our website which has eventually led us to a significant number of warm leads for the sales team. Also it provides great insights into how clients are interacting with the website.

Cons

Well the visitor data is limited as it only shows the domain or organization, not the individual user. So we have to do some digging to identify the actual site visitor.

I like it but it works really slow

Pros

It is simply amazing for website analytics. One of my favourite features of it is the ability to create custom feeds based on keywords that are relevant to our products which makes account-based marketing much easier.

Cons

The user interface is quite slow. So I am just hoping that they work on speeding up the loading times as soon as possible.

Solid marketing software for performance

Pros

Dealfront is a great software for boosting our marketing performance. Also it is easy to use and its user friendly interface makes the flow of functionality impressive and customizable.

Cons

Pros

The integration process was quite simple. Also there is a lot of information available for each lead which has proven helpful for us and the ability to connect it to Zapier to send data to Slack or other tools makes it highly customizable.

Cons

So far everything is working great. And I personally think there is nothing difficult or missing from the software.
