“Powerful analytics”
Pros
One of the best parts of Demoboost is how it brings the product experience right onto the website and turns it into something interactive instead of just static content. The analytics have been a huge win for us because we can clearly see what prospects are engaging with which features get the most attention and then use those insights to guide sales, marketing and even product decisions. The CRM integration and webhooks make that engagement data actually useful in practice whether it's for sales follow up, lead scoring, nurturing or other workflows. Embedding is quick and the ability to test different demo placements and lead capture options adds a lot of value. Revenue Intelligence is another standout since it helps reveal larger trends and ties product engagement back to pipeline.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about. Building interactive demos still takes some work, even if it's far less effort than other demo formats. You do need to stay thoughtful about keeping the story focused and not too long and there is some continued effort involved in refining demo journeys and where they appear. That said, those feel more like process considerations than issues with the product itself. If Demoboost lacked strong CRM integrations or kept analytics siloed, that would definitely be frustrating but thankfully that hasn't been the case for us.

“Love the AI capabilities”
Pros
We can build demo stories for different audiences so even a complex product feels approachable without losing the important depth. The AI capabilities (guide creation and refinement, narration, executive summaries, personalization and translation) cut down a huge amount of manual work for us. It makes it much faster to customize demos for different stakeholders, build reusable demo flows and send polished follow-ups that keep buyers interested. Being able to scale presales knowledge across the team and throughout the sales cycle has been a real game changer :)
Cons
The only real constraint is that highly technical or very advanced scenarios still require presales involvement but that's understandable and doesn't really feel like a flaw in the product.

“Customizing demos is quick”
Pros
Building and customizing demos is incredibly fast, even when certain features haven't been fully developed yet. It fills that space between static mockups and unfinished live products so the vision feels real, interactive and much more compelling for prospects and investors. The storytelling features especially Wingman, make it easier to stay focused on the right message and adjust each demo for different audiences. On top of that, being able to reuse and personalize demos so flexibly saves me a ton of time.
Cons
Very little to complain about. If I had to point out something, it would be that the website analytics are still a bit early for us so I'm not seeing thousands of data points yet. Still that has more to do with where we are as a company than with the product itself. Aside from that, everything has worked really well.

“faster demos, happier pipeline”
Pros
So simple to use! It removes the need to have pre sales join those calls every time and lets our account executives and BDRs handle demos themselves. At the same time, our pre-sales leader can still manage the demo content and keep the quality consistent, even when non-technical team members are presenting. It has also helped move deals along faster in the early stages since leads turn into opportunities more quickly and we are no longer waiting on pre-sales availability. The setup at the beginning was very easy and overall I have been extremely happy with this software.
Cons
No downsides to mention.

“I depend on it!”
Pros
As an Account Executive, I mostly rely on this tool to pull up and present demos instead of creating them myself. The biggest plus is how easy the platform feels so I can jump in, locate the right demo fast and avoid wasting time learning my way around it.
Cons
Another thing that has worked really well is the reliability. Demos load fast and perform consistently during customer calls which matters more than anything in those moments. Overall, it's a practical tool that helps me use demos more regularly and effectively throughout the sales cycle.

“really helpful”
Pros
Being able to share polished demos with my internal teammates has been really helpful especially for the internal tools we build and use.
Cons
The replay functionality feels a little limited particularly when I need to show actions in more detail.

“sales cycles moving faster”
Pros
A huge advantage for us has been giving the sales team real independence on smaller demo conversations. Rather than pulling in a technical teammate every time a prospect wants to see a specific workflow, our AEs can launch a short feature demo right away, whether it's during a discovery call, a follow-up meeting or whenever it makes sense in the discussion. Customer Success benefits in the same way for onboarding, expansion conversations and rolling out new features. In practical terms, it removes a dependency that used to control our timing. We're not stuck waiting for another person's calendar just to keep momentum in a deal and being able to choose the exact parts a customer sees makes the demo feel much closer to what they actually asked for. Overall, it has clearly helped speed up our sales cycle.
Cons
Not much to complain about. The only thing really worth mentioning is the onboarding period: reps still need some time to get comfortable enough to present a demo confidently in front of customers. It's a minor hurdle but it does exist especially for non technical team members who need to put in a bit of upfront effort before it starts to feel natural. The other point is more of a trade off than a downside. You don't get quite as much room to improvise in the middle of a demo as you would in a live environment but that's also intentional. The benefit is having polished, standardized demos with a consistent narrative and that has worked very well for us. It's just something to be aware of if your team expects to ad-lib heavily.

“Easy setup”
Pros
Setting things up is very easy and customers also have no trouble using it when a demo is shared with them.
Cons
Needs a bulk move option when cloning demos and navigating between screens. It works well for recording a demo but after cloning a project and getting into edits, the experience feels much less polished.

“fast customized demos that convert”
Pros
Turning an idea into a polished demo is incredibly quick with this software. I can clone an existing demo, replace it with a prospect's branding and a believable data set and get a customized walkthrough ready in far less time than it used to take when we had to pull in solution engineering for a sandbox build. The interactive share links have also completely improved our follow-up process. Instead of sending a standard recap email, I can send prospects a demo they can explore on their own and the engagement insights show me exactly which parts they went back to. That gives a much clearer picture of where interest actually is than waiting on someone to reply. The guided flows are also really helpful because they keep non-technical stakeholders from drifting or getting stuck during the demo which makes a big difference when multiple people from a buying group are involved.
Cons
Area that still needs work is keeping demos aligned with the live product since that process is mostly manual right now. Any time the UI changes someone has to revisit and refresh the captured screens and there isn't a simple way to quickly identify which demos are outdated. The initial setup also took more time than I expected before the first demo looked and felt polished enough to use confidently.

“better deal flow”
Pros
One of the biggest wins is how quickly we can get a demo environment ready without needing engineering involved. Before using it, a customized demo usually meant setting up a real sandbox, preparing actual data and having someone from product closely support the call. Now the pre sales team can duplicate the product experience, customize the data to match a prospect's situation and have everything ready much faster, without worrying about something failing during a live presentation. The leave-behind demos have been valuable too since prospects can pass them along internally to stakeholders who weren't on the original call which helps keep opportunities progressing between meetings.
Cons
Getting started took more effort than I anticipated. Building the first demo the right way involves quite a bit of clicking and configuration and there's definitely a learning curve before the process starts to feel efficient. After a template is in place, it gets much better but I still would have preferred a quicker ramp-up at the beginning. The editor can also be a little fiddly when making minor updates to an existing demo. It's not a dealbreaker, just more time-consuming than it should be.

“Responsive support”
Pros
After more than a year with this software, the biggest wins for me have been the level of customization and the steady rollout of new features that keep making the platform better. We moved over from another tool and the support from their team has been consistently there the entire time. I've shared feedback casually on quite a few occasions and then noticed new functionality appear soon after. And when a feature couldn't be added immediately, they were often able to provide a custom workaround instead. Tools like voice-over, autoplay and auto-save keep getting refined and they've made it much more easy and effective to create and distribute demos. The analytics and lead capture features have also helped us understand engagement better and given us more useful details for follow-up.
Cons
At this point, it feels like a very full featured demo platform and covers most of what I need. The only downside I've run into is tied to how long we've been using it: some of our older demos can't take advantage of the newer features they've introduced. That makes sense but it also means we have to put in extra work to rebuild or update legacy demos into newer versions.

“very flexible”
Pros
Love the flexibility it gives us! Being able to separate our demo environment from engineering support has been a huge advantage. I can customize demos around real customer workflows and the modular setup makes it simple to create, copy and customize demos for different scenarios and buyer personas. The playlists and methodology training have also been really useful for keeping delivery consistent and helping the sales team feel more confident.
Cons
I really haven't run into any major issues. The only challenge was the upfront work involved in building out a large, complex sandbox demo but that had more to do with the size of what we needed than any limitation of the platform. In the end, the value it provides easily outweighs those minor setup efforts.

“can make guided product experiences”
Pros
Building interactive demos with this sofware has been one of the best parts of using it especially because it doesn't require help from technical teams. It's easy to create guided product experiences that feel much more engaging than static documentation or videos and they also take less time for customers to go through than traditional training sessions. Users can move through everything at their own pace and whenever a workflow or feature changes, updating the demos is quick and manageable.
Cons
Something else that's been really positive is how consistently the team keeps improving the product. With each release organizing and maintaining the demo library has become more manageable. Overall, it has proven to be a highly scalable way to educate users, encourage adoption and cut down on the volume of basic support questions our team has to handle.

“confident demo flows for AEs”
Pros
Working in presales, I'm not able to jump on every early-stage call or put together a custom demo for every AE request. It helps by letting us build solid demo flows once, add the right talking points and then hand them off so account executives can run them themselves with a lot more confidence. It's particularly valuable when the demo needs to go beyond a basic product walkthrough. We can add the right context, shape the story the right way and make sure the AE presents the product in a way that truly matches how presales would position it.
Cons
There is a bit of upfront effort required. You have to map out the demo flow, think through the messaging and decide how you want the sales team to use it. It's not a tool you switch on and instantly have everything ready. That said, once the first few demos are created, they're much simpler to reuse and customize for other situations.

“Simple to stay aligned”
Pros
Improved the structure of product demos for us. Before using it, every AE handled demos differently and had their own way of walking through the product. Some did a strong job but others either got lost in too much feature detail or failed to connect the demo back to the bigger value story. It gives us a clear demo flow, lets us organize everything into a demo library and adds speaker notes so reps know what to say, not just where to click. It's made it much simpler to keep messaging aligned and consistent across the team.
Cons
There isn't anything major to complain about. If anything, the biggest thing is staying on top of demo organization as usage expands especially when several people are building content.

“easy workflow”
Pros
Capturing screens and putting together a demo takes only seconds and the whole workflow is very easy. It's also really helpful being able to guide different prospects through different demo paths. Another big plus is that demos can be updated in the editor without having to rebuild everything from scratch.
Cons
Nothing significant stands out as a downside. As with most platforms, there's a brief learning curve at the start especially when figuring out the best way to structure demos and keep content organized internally.

“No need for external help”
Pros
Has taken a lot of the hassle out of building polished demos without needing help from a designer or developer. It lets me turn complicated workflows into clear, guided experiences that prospects can explore on their own and at their own pace. The platform strikes a really nice balance between powerful features and usability especially for the price. One thing that really stands out is how consistent the demos look every time. I no longer have to stress about broken environments or scrambling to fix things right before a call. The analytics are also genuinely useful for confirming what's connecting with prospects.
Cons
There's still room to improve in a few areas. Some of the customization options feel a little limited and keeping a larger demo library organized takes some discipline. That said, none of these issues are deal breakers, they feel more like areas the product could continue refining.

“excellent tours and strong ROI”
Pros
Getting started has been very easy. The HTML capture process for pulling screens from our product is simple to handle through the Chrome extension so putting together product tours and walkthroughs for customers takes very little effort. For my main use case, it has delivered solid ROI by helping us build a self-guided product tour for lead generation. Leads who go through that tour are far more likely to qualify and close compared with our usual leads.
Cons
On top of that the support team and our CSM have been very responsive and working with them has been a really positive experience.

Pros
