“Useful tools in one place”

Pros

I like the social media handle finder and phone carrier checking tools. They are useful for my research work and make it easier to find information without switching between multiple websites.

Cons

I haven't come across any major issues so far. Everything has been good for my needs.

“Managing international outreach without unpredictable calling costs”

Pros

What I like: I like being able to set different business hours for individual virtual numbers. Since we work across different departments or regions, having independent hours for each number is useful and gives us more control over how they operate. What I dislike: One minor inconvenience is the automatic calling throttles on newly created accounts. Outbound call volume is monitored and can be temporarily limited, which can slow things down when we're getting a new account set up.

Cons

The only thing that can be a little frustrating is the calling limit on newly created accounts. There’s some automatic monitoring of outbound calls, and temporary limits can kick in. It’s understandable from a security standpoint, but it can be a bit inconvenient when setting up a new account.

“Simple way to set up professional IVR menus”

Pros

The Text-to-Speech IVR is probably the feature I find most useful. I can write out the menu script and have it turned into the audio prompts, rather than having to record everything myself. It makes creating a professional call menu a lot less complicated.

Cons

One minor inconvenience is the calling limits on newly created accounts. Outbound calling activity is monitored and new accounts can be temporarily rate-limited to help prevent network abuse. It can be a little restrictive when you're just getting started.

“Simplifies call menu setup”

Pros

I like the free calling and messaging credits included with the monthly plans, which helps with initial outreach costs.

Cons

Additional phone numbers cost extra each month, which can add up if we need more lines.

“Good Fit for Small Support Team”

Pros

I like that the plans can include multiple agents seats, which makes it more practical for a small support team. Instead of paying separately for each user, we can have multiple people on the same plan, which helps keep the cost more manageable.

Cons

Some features are only available on higher-tier plans. Scheduled SMS and multi-level IVR menus, for example, are locked on the lower tiers. It would be nice to have more of these options available in the entry-level plans.

“Easy to use across devices”

Pros

I like that Dialaxy gives me flexible access across different devices. I can use it through a web browser, desktop app, or mobile device, which makes it convenient when I need to work from different places.

Cons

The dashboard can feel a little crowded, especially for smaller teams that only need basic calling features. There are quite a few options, so it can take some time to get used to the layout.

“Flexible for sales team”

Pros

I like that Dialaxy offers month-to-month contracts without forcing a long-term commitment. For a smaller business, having the flexibility to avoid multi-year or rigid annual contracts is useful.

Cons

The main thing I miss is built-in video conferencing. Dialaxy is focused more on voice calls, text, and voice messaging, so I would need something else when I want to host a video meeting.

“A Simple Business Phone System that does what we need”

Pros

What I like about dialaxy is that it keeps business calling and messaging in one place. The web app is easy to use, and features like call history, call recording, SMS and call forwarding make it much easier to manage day to day communication.

Cons

The platform is mainly focused on business calling and messaging, so teams looking for advance video conferencing features may need another tool alongside it.

“Useful Call Center Feature in One Place”

Pros

Dialaxy provides essential call center feature like IVR, call routing, voicemail, call recording, and bulk SMS/MMS. It's convenient to have these tools in one platform.

Cons

“Reliable Call Management with Essential Communication Features”

Pros

What I like about Dialaxy is that it provides the core call center features we need, including IVR (Interactive Voice Response), call routing, automated voicemail, call recording, and bulk SMS/MMS. These features make it easier to manage customer communications and keep our day-to-day calling operations organized.

Cons

What I don't like about Dialaxy is that the reporting and analytics customization is somewhat limited. The dashboard provides standard call-tracking metrics, but there are fewer options for creating detailed, customized reports based on specific business needs.

“Solid Call Management Tool”

Pros

The standout feature for us is the strong call filtering and spam detection. The built-in carrier lookup, reverse phone lookup, and automated spam filtering have been fantastic at weeding out unwanted interruptions so our team can focus entirely on genuine client inquiries.

Cons

While the analytics dashboards provide solid standard metrics for tracking call volume, the reporting customization feels a bit basic. We would like more flexibility for deep, customized reporting on specific long term trends.
