“Useful for remote teams keeping phone costs in check”
Pros
We can give remote support staff their own virtual numbers and share lines without extra setup headaches. It makes it easier for people working from different locations to stay connected under one system.
Cons
The mobile app sometimes lags on background notifications and badges. I still have to pull to refresh to clear read indicators or load the latest call logs.

“Good Call Quality and Easy Call Tracking”
Pros
The Call quality has been pretty good for us. Calls are clear and stable, and I don't notice much delay. It works well whether I'm on my laptop, browser, or phone.
Cons
The mobile app sometimes needs a quick pull to refresh after I've been using it a lot. Read badges and call logs don't always update straight away, which is a little annoying.

“Calls Reach The Right Team”
Pros
I like the time zone routing. Calls go to agents who are actually working, which is useful with a remote team.

The analytics cover the basics, but I’d like more options for custom reports and detailed filtering.

“Handy for Remote Teams”
Pros
The separate work number is useful for remote staff. They can use Dialaxy on their own devices without having to give clients their personal number.
Cons
The desktop notifications can be a little noisy by default, especially during busy hours. I had to change the settings to tone them down.

“Easier Setup for Remote Teams”
Pros
I like that Dialaxy removes the need for on-premise PBX maintenance. There’s less to manage when it comes to hardware and server updates.
Cons
Some settings, like global call recording, take a few extra clicks to find. Having them directly on the call screen would be easier.

“A Straightforward Tool for Calls and Texts”
Pros
Set distinct operational hours for individual virtual numbers. Calls outside local working hours automatically trigger after-hours greetings or route to dedicated emergency voicemail queues.
Cons
Default desktop pop-up alerts can be sensitive out of the box, requiring a quick tweak in your notification settings to keep things quiet during peak hours.

“A practical way to manage business calls”
Pros
I find the business hours settings useful because I can set different schedules for different virtual numbers. That makes it easier to handle numbers used by different teams or regions without having to use one schedule for everything.
Cons
One thing I find a little inconvenient is that some call settings are not easy to access quickly. For example, changing the global call recording setting requires going through several sub-menus instead of being available from the call screen.

“Managing Phone Access Across Teams”
Pros
I like being able to set different business hours for individual virtual numbers. It’s useful when different teams or regions need to follow different working hours.
Cons
Some settings, such as disabling global call recording, are buried in sub-menus. I’d prefer to have these controls available directly from the active call screen.

“Pretty handy for handling calls”
Pros
The voicemail drop is probably the feature I use most. Reps can send a pre-recorded message with one click and move on to the next call, which saves a bit of time when there are a lot of calls to get through.
Cons
Some settings feel a little buried. For example, turning off global call recording means going through a few sub-menus instead of changing it right from the call screen.

Pros
I like the automated voicemail drop. Sales and support reps can send a pre recorded message with one click and move straight on to the next call. It make that part of the work easier.
Cons
Some settings, like disabling global call recording, take a few extra steps through sub menus. It would be easier if these could be changed directly from the active call screen.

“A Practical Tool For Keeping Customer Calls Organised”
Pros
I like the internal call transfer options, especially the ability to choose between a blind transfer and a warn handoff. Being able to speak privately with the receiving agent before handing over a customer is useful when the situation needs a bit more context.

“Managing international outreach without unpredictable calling costs”
Pros
What I like: I like being able to set different business hours for individual virtual numbers. Since we work across different departments or regions, having independent hours for each number is useful and gives us more control over how they operate. What I dislike: One minor inconvenience is the automatic calling throttles on newly created accounts. Outbound call volume is monitored and can be temporarily limited, which can slow things down when we're getting a new account set up.
Cons
The only thing that can be a little frustrating is the calling limit on newly created accounts. There’s some automatic monitoring of outbound calls, and temporary limits can kick in. It’s understandable from a security standpoint, but it can be a bit inconvenient when setting up a new account.

“Simple way to set up professional IVR menus”
Pros
The Text-to-Speech IVR is probably the feature I find most useful. I can write out the menu script and have it turned into the audio prompts, rather than having to record everything myself. It makes creating a professional call menu a lot less complicated.
Cons
One minor inconvenience is the calling limits on newly created accounts. Outbound calling activity is monitored and new accounts can be temporarily rate-limited to help prevent network abuse. It can be a little restrictive when you're just getting started.
