“Alerts and batch sending work great”
Pros
The notification system has been one of the most helpful parts for me because I often forget I have documents waiting for signature unless an email reminds me. Getting everything set up was pretty quick too I think it only took a few minutes and I just had to grant minimal access so it could work with my account. Being able to batch send multiple contracts at once is another feature I really appreciate.
Cons
Feel a bit expensive for a small business especially if you do not need all the extra features included. The search function can also be annoying because if you open a document and then go back to the search results it resets. I have also noticed that biometrics like Face ID do not always work properly in some international markets. also customer support could definitely respond faster.

Pros
Reviewing and signing documents through this platform is really convenient and simple . I use it every week and it has worked without any problems at all. I also havent needed to reach out to customer support since everything has been running perfectly fine.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind at the moment. The only downside is that documents are timed so you can end up getting logged out of the page.

Since most of the companies I work with already use it.. they're very comfortable signing contracts through it. That familiarity along with how simple it is to use makes exchanging documents feel secure and reliable.
Cons
Because its connected directly to our Salesforce sending contracts can occasionally get a little confusing. At times customers arent sure who the contract is actually coming from.

Pros
Navigating the platform and choosing or updating the fields that need signatures is very simple . Its also really helpful that it keeps a record of the signing and sending history.
Cons
Cost per envelope sent is quite high. If youre sending a large number of envelopes every day the charges can add up very quickly.

One of the best things about it is how it keeps you updated when someone still needs to sign or when a document has already been signed. That saves a lot of time and means theres no need to rely on a separate tool just for notifications.
Cons

Pros
Getting documents signed through it has been quick and simple every time. I'm usually the one receiving requests from lawyers real estate agents and accountants and the whole process has been very simple including downloading the completed files. The automatic saving to document management is especially useful since I'm often traveling when something needs my signature. Ive also never had to contact customer support.
Cons
Cant point to anything Ive disliked about using it. The workflow is very well organized I havent run into any bugs or problems and the navigation is clear enough that even my wife who speaks English as a second language has been able to use it without trouble.

DocuSign really shines with its mobile-friendly eSignature workflow which speeds up approvals and helps us go completely paperless.
Cons
A downside is that some features are locked behind higher-tier plans advanced templates for example so it can feel like theres constant upselling which takes away from the overall value.

After relying on it for years especially in real estate it has become a huge part of how we speed up residential and commercial property transactions. It has made our business processes much faster and far more efficient overall. I still remember when everything had to be handled manually with endless time spent at fax machines or arranging couriers to move paperwork between parties. DocuSign completely replaced that hassle. I honestly couldnt put a number on how much time and money this software has saved us over the past 10 to 15 years but it has been substantial.
Cons
Most of the challenge was teaching new clients how to use it and walking them through each step. Fortunately that phase is mostly behind us now and we hardly get questions anymore. These days we send the documents out and often within minutes the signed copies are already back in our inbox.

It continues to be a dependable option for securely sending documents that need signatures. The platform is very simple to use even for people who do not regularly work with documents through it. It makes the signature collection process much more manageable and it is also simple to monitor where documents are in each stage of their lifecycle.
Cons
it still has value but many of the vendors we work with have shifted to other document security and e-signature providers whereas most of them used to rely on it. It seems like it has not advanced as much as some of its main competitors. Since our organization already uses Adobe tools we have gradually started using Adobe Acrobat Sign more often because Acrobat is already part of our regular PDF and document workflow.
