Getting signatures online through it is very easy and the whole process is hassle free. Also it is really convenient that the same signature can be applied across multiple lines when needed.

Cons

One thing I don't like is that it can be misused for documents that aren't legitimate which means it also has the potential to be involved in scams.

Pros

Having a 30 day free trial gave me enough time to decide whether I wanted to keep using it. Overall it offers really good value and was simple to set up and start using.

It's honestly difficult to point out anything I liked least. As a whole it seems like a well-designed contract and document management platform.

Signing documents with it is quick, secure and really convenient. It's simple to use on both the sender and recipient side so there's no need to print, scan or email signed paperwork back and forth. The automation tools, customizable workflows and integrations with other business apps also help simplify document management and make the whole process more efficient.

I must say it is a strong platform but some of the more advanced features can be pricey for smaller organizations. Setting up complex workflows on the admin side can also take some time to learn and configure properly. On top of that occasional updates can make certain settings a bit harder to find until you get used to the new layout.

One big reason Docusign has stayed dependable for so many years is its strong document management along with a very decent tracking and reporting system. It handles every signed document with a high level of precision throughout the workflow and that really makes the dashboard tools look user friendly when it comes to getting documents reviewed and signed efficiently. The fact that it can also be used for notary services adds even more value for the money.

To be honest I do not have any complaints about the software. It delivers exactly what it promises with little to no bugs or issues so there is rarely any need to reach out to customer support.

Using it has made document signing much more convenient especially because it's user friendly and works across different platforms. Any time I need to sign something, it's far simpler to open the PDF or other file from my email in Docusign than to print it, sign it by hand, scan it and send it back again.

The only part I don't really enjoy is on the mobile app. Signing with just my index finger can be a little awkward and it's somewhat tedious having to tap into each field one by one and move through them quickly.

This tool in our workflow has saved us a huge amount of time. I can get patients to sign multiple consent forms and other paperwork quickly without printing everything out or digging through stacks of paper. The tap to sign option after the first signature is another big advantage our patients really appreciate especially since signing forms and contracts can be long and time-consuming. Overall it has been an excellent tool for us.

On top of that it is extremely dependable and hardly ever runs into bugs or other issues, easily working reliably the vast majority of the time.

Honestly there is very little to complain about with it because I really like the overall concept. If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that ID card authentication can take a bit of time and seems somewhat confusing. That said it is clearly necessary to keep signatures secure.

The interface is very clean and walks you step by step through exactly where to click to place each signature so it's practically impossible to make a mistake or miss a line.

If you're the one receiving a document to sign, everything works perfectly and it's free. On the other hand if you need to upload forms yourself and send them to other people for their signatures, the subscription plans are definitely expensive especially if you're not a big company but just a private user or an intern. Also automatic emails with the signing links sometimes end up straight in the spam folder.
