Fairly priced

Pros

This software has remained consistent over the last five-plus years which I can appreciate. It's also very simple for my stakeholders and external users to work with and I feel confident that completed envelopes are secure. I rarely run into bugs or other technical problems and overall the pricing feels fair for what we're paying.

Cons

Where it really falls short is in the lack of meaningful UI or feature improvements over the past five-plus years. Alsoo, their support team is completely unhelpful. I've contacted customer service multiple times and keep getting bounced around instead of getting real help. Too often it feels like they're more focused on upselling additional features and workflow products than resolving the issue I actually have even when it's time-sensitive.

quick signatures

Pros

Closing transactions with it is much faster since I can send documents out and get signatures back quickly instead of waiting for the customer to come in and sign in person.

Cons

One thing I liked least about it is that there's no way to confirm whether the customer actually received the document for signing.

Good tool

Pros

Cutting down the waiting time for signatures has been a huge advantage. Theres no longer any need to wait for a client to come into the office in person or send scanned documents through regular mail, contracts and professional mandates can be sent out for legally valid digital signature in just a few seconds which dramatically speeds up the start of the process.

Cons

The cultural resistance from some people involved. Even though the digital signature has full legal validity so me clients who are less comfortable with technology and even certain public offices may still ask for a handwritten signature on paper forcing you to manage a hybrid system of digital and paper documents that can lead to confusion or duplicated archives.

made contracts and approvals quicker

Pros

One of the best parts of using this software has been the amount of time it saves our business when dealing with contracts and paperwork. It lets us send ad sign and track documents electronically without having to print or scan anything which has made the whole process much more efficient. It also helped move approvals along faster and improved communication with both clients and vendors.

Cons

If a smaller business only needs very basic signing features then i think some of the tools can feel a bit more advanced or extensive than necessary at first.

salesforce syncing is fantastic

Pros

Right away the interface feels adaptive for both the person sending documents and the person signing them. Recipients dont have to create an account which makes the whole process much simpler.. they just open the link sign and thats it. That has been a huge win for our sales team. We can generate contracts send them out collect signatures and track everything directly inside Salesforce while signature statuses and completed documents automatically sync back to the right Opportunity Account and Contact records. It cuts out manual entry helps prevent mistakes and speeds up our sales cycle significan'tly.

Cons

The basic signing experience is very simple, yes but the more advanced tools like custom workflows PowerForms and CLM do take time to learn and usually require some training before you can use them confidently.

Real-time notifications really help!

Pros

One feature that adds a lot of value is the notifications sent both to the user and the person who initiated the documents. They provide real-time updates on the document status which helps a lot with tracking progress.

Cons

It does provide status notifications but lacks clear signer identity verification beyond email.. they can use access codes or ID verification for higher security.

efficient signing and tracking

Pros

This software really stood out for making document signing and workflow management feel simple and efficient. The platform is very user-friendly so sending, signing and tracking documents can be done quickly from almost any device. The document management tools automated reminders and real-time tracking updates were especially useful and helped simplify administrative and HR tasks. Its integration with other business applications also made collaboration feel more organized and smooth .

Cons

A drawback is that some of the more advanced features and customization options are limited to higher-tier plans which can make it feel less cost-effective for smaller teams or individual users. From time to time there were small bugs or delays when documents were loading or when signing statuses were being updated. Customer support was usually helpful though response times sometimes depended on the type of issue and the level of support included.

Reliable tracking!

Pros

I like that once a document is sent out the whole workflow keeps moving automatically reminders go out on their own the signing sequence stays in order and nothing gets missed along the way. The template feature really stands out too, after saving a contract format creating a new agreement takes less than two minutes. also the audit trail attached to every document gives strong accountability without requiring any extra work.

Cons

There really hasnt been anything major that interferes with daily use. If I had to point out one small thing it would be that the pricing tiers could be clearer for growing teams though the time savings make it far from a dealbreaker.

You can sign from anywhere!

Pros

Signing documents is quick no matter where I am and theres no need to print or scan anything. The automated reminders and secure digital workflow have also saved a lot of time while keeping everything organized and on track.

Cons

Some features and settings can feel a little overwhelming at first especially for new users dealing with templates or more advanced options. There are also occasional delays with email notifications or signing links depending on the recipients system.

perfect for internal document signing

Pros

Sending important documents to internal employees through this platform is really convenient. They can sign them and send them right back and then I can quickly save everything to their files without any hassle.

Excellent digital signing

Pros

A software that really simplifies electronic document signing and management, it's been great experience using it. It gets rid of printing scanning and chasing physical signatures which saves a lot of time and effort. The interface feels clean so sending, signing and tracking documents is simple.

Cons

The only downside is that the pricing can feel a bit expensive especially for smaller teams or people who need to use it often.

Pros

It feels very easy and secure.. and it lets me sign documents from anywhere. Being able to reuse my e-signature is especially helpful because it makes the whole signing process much faster.

Cons

Great software

Pros

Getting started is very simple and doesnt require any training at all. You just sign in attach the document that needs signatures and follow a few quick simple steps to send it out.

Cons

It would be better if there were an option to edit a document even after it has been sent to the signing parties as long as no one has signed it yet.

convenient signing from anywhere

Pros

You don't need to be there in person to sign a document is a huge plus with this tool. It makes the whole process very convenient and I also appreciate how it automatically jumps to the next place that needs a signature after I finish one section.

Cons

The auto-jump to the next section is helpful but sometimes it moves me along so quickly that I end up missing parts of the document I should have looked at more carefully. I also wish the signature choices looked more like an actual handwritten signature instead of just a fancier version of my typed name.

Pros

Sending leases out for signature takes a lot less effort with this tool which really helps lighten my workload. The platform is very simple to navigate and makes the whole process feel easy.

Cons

Some tenants dont always receive the documents by email. I'm not sure whether it has trouble working properly with certain carriers.

Getting documents signed is very simple in this tool. The upload-tag-send flow feels adaptive and basic document signing doesnt take much training at all which makes it a good fit for beginners and everyday use. It also offers several support channels including chat email and a knowledge base and when you do get connected with a representative they're usually helpful and responsive. Also... the platform delivers strong value for companies that handle a lot of document signing since it cuts down manual paperwork and saves time. Real-time tracking is useful for seeing who opened or signed a document and the audit trails automated reminders and notifications are strong features for compliance and follow-up.

Cons

Pricing is a downside particularly for smaller businesses or occasional users and a lot of the more advanced features are reserved for higher-tier plans. There are also some technical annoyances from time to time like glitches slow loading emails ending up in spam login or password reset problems and small interface or formatting inconsistencies. Complex setups can also start to feel a bit heavy compared with basic use.
