I haven't faced any difficulties with DocuSign. My experience has been smooth, and I haven't disliked anything so far.

It's simple to enter my information and my signature is saved for future use. I also like that it sends you the document via email, allowing you to easily download it.

Cons

Occasionally, I would receive the same DocuSign request daily and I had to reach out to the sender to ask them to turn off the reminder notifications after I had already signed and submitted the document.

Honestly can't think of anything. Perhaps the only minor downside is that I can't upload my actual signature and am limited to using one of their generated ones.

Pros

I had a deadline to sign and return my real estate documents to my realtor or I would lose the property. Thanks to DocuSign, I could upload my contract, make edits, e-sign, and send it back within minutes. I met my deadline and am now the proud owner of a beautiful property.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike about DocuSign. The free plan is very functional for most needs. However I wish the premium plan's features, like unlimited document scanning and signing, were available in the free version. That would make the app even better.

I loved using DocuSign. It's user friendly, allowing everyone to sign from the comfort of their homes. This has saved me time commuting just to sign documents. It was incredibly easy to navigate as a first-time user. The only downside was the occasional lag.

The only issue I have experienced is occasional lag and sometimes it takes a while to receive documents after they have been signed.

Pros

My overall experience has been positive. DocuSign offers a smooth workflow for signing documents, and completed documents are provided to both sides for archiving and compliance. The integrated workflow, contracts emailed before and after signing, makes the signing process clear with markers indicating where to sign.

Cons

We did have one supplier who had trouble retrieving the signed document, which forced us to resort to a manual signing process. Overall though, it works very well.
