It has a lot of features

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft tools like Teams and Outlook, automating routine tasks such as lead tracking and reporting to save time.

Cons

The wide range of features and tools can overwhelm new users, requiring extensive training to fully utilize. Also, the cost is higher compared to Zoho CRM.

design is more complex than expected

Pros

A great way to track opportunities, with a decent UI/UX and it integrates smoothly with Copilot.

Cons

UI/UX is difficult to learn and navigate. Although the design initially appears simple, it's actually deceiving. Buttons are hidden within other buttons, making navigation harder. Unlike Salesforce, which may be overwhelming but at least has visible fields, this system complicates things.

Navigating through tasks can be difficult

Pros

All leads are centralized in one place and the filtering options are incredibly useful.

Cons

There is no reminder option for pending tasks and duplicate leads are common.

Solid Foundation with room to grow

Pros

Great interface that's really easy to use, plus the customization options let me tailor everything to my workflow. The AI and machine learning features are impressive and actually helpful for automating tasks.

Cons

Setting up custom features can be pretty complex and takes more time than I'd like. The pricing is definitely on the higher side which might be tough for smaller operations.

incredibly useful

Pros

Although I don't use Dynamics 365 Sales every day, it's been extremely helpful when I have used it. I really appreciate how user-friendly and easy it is to navigate and I would recommend it to others.

Cons

The only downside I see is that it's primarily designed for Microsoft users.

Occasional use but helpful when needed

Pros

I don't use this every single day but when I do, it's been very helpful and I'd definitely recommend it to others. What really stands out is how intuitive and user friendly it is and you can pick it up pretty quickly without much training.

Cons

The main drawback is that it's mostly designed for Microsoft environments.

Transforming the sales landscape

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales covers the entire lead-to-invoice pipeline and the new Co pilot features make records easy to access and even summarize, including a meeting scheduler.

Cons

I can't think of anything I dislike about the application but Microsoft could enhance the AI features further.

Exceptional Sales Operations

Pros

I appreciate how this covers everything from generating leads all the way through to invoicing, it's like having the complete sales cycle in one place. The co pilot feature is a game changer for me, making records much easier to find and even providing summaries. Plus the meeting scheduler integration is super handy.

Cons

I cant really point to anything that bothers me about the app, though Microsoft could definitely improve the AI capabilities further.

Great sales automation platform

Pros

I like how simple the sales automation features are, they make managing everything much easier. The performance tracking for our sales team works great and it's so helpful to have all the results shown clearly on the dashboards. Overall, it's been a reliable tool for our operations.

Cons

I find myself relying heavily on our implementation partner which can be frustrating when we need quick changes or have questions about functionality.

Outstanding software that exceeds my expectations

Pros

As a consultant with over ten years of experience, I can honestly say this platform has completely transformed how businesses operate. The customization options are incredible and you can automate practically anything and integrate with almost any system you need. What really stands out is how it scales with your business whether your a small startup or large enterprise. The flexibility is unmatched compared to other CRM solutions I've worked with. In all my years implementing different systems, I rarely see clients move away from this one and they usually come to it from competitors instead.

Cons

Its quite difficult to use, though the implementer does have full control over the user experience. Some features feel overly complex at first but I've found theres usually a solid reason behind how each tool operates. The pricing is really what gets me though, it's a major deciding factor that limits companies from fully leveraging the system's capabilities throughout there organization. In my opinion, the price should be cut in half, and they need to reunify the different functions back into one offering. The separation of service, sales and marketing modules is hard to justify when these could easily be created using the native customization tools.

Powerful business management software

Pros

I can handle all my daily activities and tasks through this platform and on top of it, creating orders and quotes is straightforward. What really stands out is how smoothly it connects with Microsoft tools like Outlook and Exchange which makes my workflow so much easier.

Cons

Sometimes it lags and the response time gets pretty slow when there's a lot of data stored and definitely room for improvement there.

A solution with everything included

Pros

It's super easy to use and can be customised to fit our needs. Being able to track all our communications, emails, conversations and calls in one place has really helped us stay organized.
