“A good eSign tool for your company
Pros
Instead of the headache of printing and scanning documents, you can directly eSign them using Foxit eSign, which saves both time and money. It provides detailed information about the document signing sequence and progress. You can also set automatic reminders to speed up the signing process ensuring recipients are reminded to sign the document. Also you can set an expiration date for your document.
Cons
We haven't faced any issues with Foxit eSign so far.

“Problems with renewal, customer service and follow-ups
Pros
After my recent experience, I honestly find it hard to say anything positive about it.
Cons
Customer service is almost impossible to reach and phone wait times are outrageously long. Every attempt to be transferred through the recorded prompts sends me back to the initial menu unless I select specific options. As I write this, I have already called three times about an issue we have been experiencing since October, and this is related to a renewal that was already approved with an agreed-upon quotation and pricing. We ran out of envelopes because of this issue and can't operate properly. I've also been waiting over an hour for a chat response. We respond to emails about our tickets but never get a follow up, even though we've approved the proposed solution. The experience was much better when it was under eSign Genie. I don't understand why you offer a renewal if you're not going to follow through when we've already given the green light months ago.

“There are better options in the market
Pros
It's affordable, and the interface is easy to navigate, makes work quite easy.
Cons
The app and website are very glitchy and I can't connect most of the time. Also my digital signature is never truly captured as I have to manually re-sign every time I log in.

“They need to improve customer support
Pros
Setting up forms for signatures is extremely easy with this tool.
Cons
Adding features, like 2FA, to the account is difficult. We ran out the day before a critical deadline, and there was no one available to help. I was promised call-backs but never heard from anyone. Foxit let our organization down.

“E-Sign made our life easier
Pros
One of its most important features is the tracking ability, allowing you to monitor who signed the document, when and from what IP address. You can also dispatch documents for others to sign and even set a signing sequence. It's available on both mobile phones and computers.
Cons
Pricing can sometimes be an issue especially for personal users.

“For manufacturin, e-sign is the best
Pros
Foxit is very easy to use, even for non technical people. We use it across various departments and we rarely encounter issues or problems figuring things out.It offers numerous ready-made agreements, which not only save us time but also inspire us with new ways we can use Foxit.
Cons
It would be great if the native integrations were expanded. We had to set up API syncs for some of our other tools, even though they are widely used.

“Customer support is really lacking
Pros
It's easy to set up, simple to use and worked well until their team made an error on our account.
Cons
Customer service is terrible. Sales never answers their calls and they are slow to respond to emails. After ordering additional "envelopes" from their salesperson, they made an error and switched my account to a trial version, which cut off our access to the service. Despite daily attempts through calls, emails and chats, our service has still not been restored a week later. Now, they simply ignore all communications.
