Pros
Goodmeetings has been a huge help in evaluating our sales calls. It records them and gives us valuable insights like the talk-to-listen ratio, meeting summaries and accurate transcripts. The transcripts have been a game-changer too letting us stay fully engaged with customers during the call while still being able to review notes afterward.
Cons
One thing I do not like about it is that sometimes it misses recording a few meetings due to technical issues which makes it hard to record calls or take notes effectively.

“Perfect for sales teams working remotely”
Pros
The video quality is excellent honestly I'd say Goodmeetings beats Zoom in this area. The note-taking feature is really useful and you can save your notes to the meeting library. Plus you can see a participant's live attentiveness score which reminds us to engage with them more. Plus managers can even join live meetings as coaches to support the AEs.
Cons
Integration is currently unavailable. Also the user interface could be improved and there is no personal meeting ID, making the meeting URL quite long. But I have heard from the team that they are already working on this feedback and we should expect updates soon.

Goodmeetings has a great feature that lets you tag team members at key moments during customer calls. Our customer-facing teams tag product managers to get direct insights from customer feedback. Overall this feature is very helpful for keeping our teams focused on what matters most to the customer.
Cons
There is nothing to dislike as everything works great and is pretty easy to use.

Pros
As an individual contributor it is great to have the Goodmeetings bot in my Zoom meetings to take notes and compare each pitch to my ideal version. The key customer mentions feature is especially helpful as it lets me focus on the important points during the meeting before sending follow-up communication.
Cons
Right now there is no way to play meeting recordings directly inside Slack which forces me to switch to a browser to listen.

Pros
I used the tool as an AI notetaker and was really impressed by the quality of the summaries and action items. It saved me a lot of time that would have been spent transcribing notes manually. Also it made me feel more present in conversations since I knew the notetaker was handling the note taking.
Cons
Well I think the tool could benefit from offering more support for functions outside of sales. For instance the integration with some CRM platforms could be improved to allow for smoother data transfer.
