Why Groove Is great for our team

Pros

Sharing inboxes with my colleagues has become incredibly simple, making collaboration smooth and easy.

Cons

It would be great to have a contact book, and forwarding emails within the organization is a bit tricky. Sending or forwarding emails to two addresses doesn't seem to work smoothly.

Better service for employees and clients with groove

Pros

What I find most beneficial about Groove is that everyone on the team can access the shared mailbox, but only the tickets that require attention are visible. Unlike a shared mailbox or email address, where every email needs to be read, Groove ensures that only actionable items are prioritized. Their continuous system improvements and responsive support team make the experience even better.

Cons

Sometimes, it lacks certain features I'm used to having in my email program. However, it encourages me to rethink my workflow, and if something is critical, I can always reach out to Groove, and they are always willing to assist.

Ideal solution!

Pros

My favorite aspect of GrooveHQ is its smooth integration of artificial intelligence, which has significantly enhanced response times and accuracy. Cons

Although GrooveHQ is a fantastic tool overall, the initial setup and customization process was a bit time-consuming. It took us a while to fully configure it to our specific needs, especially since we switched from a solution we had used for eight years.

Great and simple help desk Ssolution

Pros

Groove was incredibly easy to implement for my project. It comes with numerous prebuilt features that are simple to configure directly through the web interface. The setup was easy and from our tests, the system appears efficient. The customer support team is also very helpful and responds promptly.

Cons

There was a minor cosmetic feature missing in their software, but after a quick chat with customer support, they added the missing feature within a week!

Designed by support masters

Pros

If support software quality is determined by the level of assistance they provide, Groove is the best option. Since I started using it in December 2017, there has been minimal downtime. The entire system is easy to implement, and onboarding team members is smooth and straightforward.

Cons

Their roadmap is quite full, so some of the features on our wishlist may take time to be implemented, but they do eventually get to it.

Groove for the Win

Pros

It has revolutionized operations for my Finance team. It provides clear visibility into customer requests and plays a vital role in enabling team members to support each other more effectively. Even though we are not using it strictly as a ticketing system, it has been instrumental in addressing our top priority: ensuring seamless team collaboration without relying on multiple shared Outlook mailboxes. The Groove support team is always helpful, and I would gladly recommend this platform to other businesses.

Cons

Groove lacks the ability to export the data analytics from the report dashboard, which would be extremely helpful going forward.
