“Daily managements made simpler”
Pros
Getting started was very easy and the interface feels user friendly from the start. It makes daily management simpler with smooth partner onboarding and a deal registration process that is easy to work with. The workflow automation and reporting tools are enjoyable to use and the partner performance tracking is also very useful. On top of that, the initial setup went very well and I really appreciate how it simplifies onboarding, organizes deal registration and delivers reporting efficiently.
Cons
Reporting customization could be better and the tool can feel a bit slow at times. I would really like to see more flexible report filters and a simpler way to customize reports so insights can be pulled faster. The overall system performance could also use improvement especially when handling large data loads.

“reliable partner portal”
Pros
It has become our main gateway for partner management and it's been very easy to work with. The platform is user friendly which really matters to me. The dataload feature works well too since we upload metrics from our internal system into Impartner every week. Setup was simple and the integrations came together without any issues.
Cons
Nothing to complain about at this point.

“simplifies deal registration”
Pros
Having everything for partner relationship management in one place has made a real difference. It simplifies deal registration and makes working with partners much more easy and organized.

The reporting features feel somewhat limited and could offer more flexibility.

“flexible portal workflows”
Pros
Getting the asset library, journeys and training areas up and running is very easy and updating or publishing content is just as manageable. There are plenty of settings available which makes it possible to customize the portal workflows and data quite closely to our organization's specific requirements.
Cons
The interface feels a bit dated overall. Branding options for the portal are also somewhat limited and I'd really like more flexibility beyond the current widgets, brand colors and landing page settings. It would also be helpful to customize the PRM navigation more especially so I could move the sections I use most to the front of the navigation bar.

“Amazing partner visibility”
Pros
The visibility inside the partner portal is a big plus since partners can track opportunities as they move through each stage. On top of that, the reporting and analytics give us useful insight into our pipeline and make it much easier to see which partners are actively co-selling with us. That has been helpful when making strategic decisions especially around where to put our co-marketing budget. Another big improvement is partner adoption: before Impartner PRM, our partners were hesitant to enter leads into a portal but they started using the Impartner Portal for referrals pretty quickly. It now gives both our team and our partners a complete view of all the business activity happening between us.
Cons
A few areas could still be better. The way the asset library is segmented feels a bit too specific and it would help to have more user prompts or tooltips throughout the platform for guidance. We also really like the idea behind the business plan templates but my team feels they are somewhat rigid. Because of that, we've ended up attaching business plans in the platform instead of using the templates as intended. The initial setup was also tougher than we expected.

“Great customer service!”
Pros
We've never experienced downtime or any critical outage which has been a huge plus for us. The platform is user friendly for both our partners and internal admins and making changes to the portal's look and feel on the backend is pretty simple. Its sync features with key CRM platforms are also easy to configure and keep running. Getting started was very smooth and the support during implementation was excellent. Support continues to be incredibly responsive and our account manager, Emily Nunez, has been a huge asset. She's proactive, quick to jump in and always helpful whenever anything comes up.
Cons
We're still using the classic version so a few features like chat aren't available to us yet. That said, this is really on our side since we haven't moved over to PX yet.

“Matches our brand!”
Pros
One of the best parts is how many features it offers to support and improve the full partner journey and overall partner workflows. The option to customize the user experience matters a lot to us because it helps the platform match our brand closely and gives our partners a more consistent experience.
Cons
At the beginning, we did run into a few implementation challenges. Even so, their team was very open to feedback and genuinely helpful when it came to finding the right solutions. I especially want to mention Mike, Ben and Boris for being responsive and very hands-on throughout the process.

“journeys need better flow”
Pros
The journeys and training features in Impartner PRM have been really valuable to use. Being able to monitor progress and award certificates once training is completed has made a noticeable difference.
Cons
Viewing an asset from within a journey takes you out to the assets page instead of keeping you inside the journey and that's quite frustrating. It is pretty inconvenient to remember that shift and then have to navigate all the way back to Journeys again. It would be much better if that flow stayed contained within the journey. I'd also really like the option to restart a journey whenever needed.

“Sleek Salesforce flexibility”
Pros
The platform feels clean organized and modern which makes it pleasant to work in. The Salesforce integration is another huge advantage for me. It supports strong connections with a wide range of custom objects and lookups which makes the system incredibly flexible. That integration piece is probably the most valuable factor in any product I would consider implementing. Impartner PRM also gives a lot of room for customization, letting me work deeply with both custom and standard objects. As an admin, that flexibility makes setup very manageable and gives me plenty of freedom to control how information is presented to partners.
Cons
On the admin side, there are a few minor issues that can slow things down a bit, like when creating new fields, adding picklist values or saving certain changes. There seem to be some small bugs throughout the platform that affect usability just enough to be noticeable. It's nothing major but I do wish there were some general cleanup and polish in those areas. I also think the partner tiering setup is a little limiting since you can't assign multiple tiers within one partner level which restricts how information can be displayed. Aside from that, I don't have many other concerns.

“powerful tools and asset library”
Pros
Using this software has been really enjoyable thanks to how easy it is to navigate. The asset library is especially useful and the project monitoring feature does a nice job of helping keep everything on track.
Cons
An issue I run into quite often is random 404 errors in Impartner. It gets frustrating at times and can interrupt the workflow.

“helpful partner portal, limited sync”
Pros
Impartner has been quite useful for handling partner onboarding and deal registration without requiring additional Salesforce licenses. Partners can enter their own details and submit deals on their own which cuts down a lot of manual work for our team. It also gives us a convenient way to communicate through the platform and keep track of deal registrations as well as each partner's performance.
Cons
Salesforce integration hasn't delivered much real value for us. Beyond automatic data entry and a bit of status synchronization, it feels pretty limited especially since our company follows its own sales process that isn't simple to adapt. Because of that, the integration ends up being expensive without offering many meaningful advantages. The initial Impartner setup was also long and frustrating, even if it only had to be done once. The platform seems built around a standard sales or partner model that doesn't necessarily match every business, including ours so getting it aligned with our workflow takes a significant amount of time.

“Exactly what we need!”
Pros
Having full control over how it connects with Salesforce has been a big plus for us. That level of customization lets us modify the setup to match exactly what we need and it keeps data moving cleanly between both systems. Our partners can log into their own portal, register deals there and have that information flow straight into Salesforce without extra manual entry or admin effort on our side. After the initial setup is in place, it's fairly manageable to maintain. Altogether, these capabilities have really helped simplify our workflow and made partner management much more efficient.
Cons
That same flexibility does come with a fairly steep learning curve at times. Troubleshooting sync problems with Salesforce can be difficult and the interface is not as accessible as I expected. Because of that, creating training modules has been more complicated than it probably should be. That has likely been the biggest hurdle with the platform.

“versatile platform with strong demand”
Pros
Its flexibility is a big reason it's become so widely requested across the business. There's been such a high level of interest in expanding partner types that the team responsible for supporting and administering the platform has struggled to keep up with the volume.
Cons
Customer success management could be better. In the past year, there were two cases where we were first told certain features and functions could be done but later, once their technical team stepped in, we learned they actually weren't possible. By then, we had already shared that expectation with our internal stakeholders. Because of the unclear communication and poor expectation-setting, those two enhancement efforts ended up not moving forward.

“Stellar support”
Pros
Thanks to its accessible interface and strong overall functionality, it has been a really solid platform to use! There's also a broad mix of enablement resources available which has been very helpful. Customer support has been excellent and the integration with SFDC works really well.
Cons
Getting through the different modules can take some time. When someone is new to the platform, it's not always simple to locate exactly what they need and it's possible to get lost in the various layers of the system.

“flexible partner sync tools”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the connectivity with other platforms like SFDC, where current pipeline data can sync back and give partners visibility into how they're performing against their goals. It also offers a lot of flexibility in terms of how much you want to engage and interact with your partners at that level.
Cons
Coming in as a new user, it doesn't feel very accessible at first. Most features seem to require training and for important system changes you usually need help from someone with deeper expertise. It also takes a fair amount of enablement time to manage the platform and when the main admin leaves, relearning the settings becomes a major task on its own.

“Positive experience”
Pros
Working with this software has been a really positive experience because the platform feels accessible and thoughtfully built. It covers all the essential features I would expect, both from the vendor side and from the user side. As a vendor, it gives me the tools I need to manage and support partners effectively, while as a user, it makes it simple to monitor performance, access resources and use growth-focused tools. Navigation is clear and easy and I also appreciate that Impartner continues to evolve especially by adopting newer innovations like AI. That ongoing development gives me confidence that it will keep supporting scalable growth and stronger success between vendors and partners.
Cons
At this point, I seriously don't have any real complaints. I have used the platform for years in both partner and vendor roles and it remains the standard I compare every other PRM against. It consistently delivers on what I need and continues to set a very high bar for the industry.

“Easy to customize”
Pros
Stood out right away because of its top-notch account management and support team! They're responsive, informed and consistently proactive when it comes to helping us get the most out of the platform. On the product side, the back end is easy to use so our team can handle configuration and ongoing maintenance without needing a lot of technical effort. It's also simple to customize the user experience which gives both new and existing partners a clean, accessible portal that fits their needs well.
Cons
If I had to mention one downside, it would be the learning curve though that's something that comes with pretty much any PRM and isn't specific to this software.
