“Familiar platform with useful tagging”
Pros
Coming back to Impartner at different companies has made it feel familiar so getting around the platform is simpler for me than with other tools. The way it organizes marketing assets also works really well especially the categorization and tagging features.
Cons
One downside is that the classic platform's UI isn't WYSIWYG which makes it harder to create a modern, polished visual look unless you go through Impartner for HTML implementation support.

“full-featured but hard to navigate”
Pros
It comes with all the features I was looking for which is something I really appreciate. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted and getting everything set up was easy which was definitely a plus.
Cons
At the same time, it can be difficult to clearly locate what I need and the back end admin side doesn't feel very accessible.

“flexible setup”
Pros
There are a lot of configuration options which makes the platform adaptable to different needs. The team is also responsive and helpful when something comes up.
Cons
Some parts of the product feel pretty complex and it can take time to locate what I need without digging around.

“custom pages and clearer referrals”
Pros
With some basic HTML knowledge, you can build polished landing pages that fit your partners' needs really well. Before we started using this tool, there wasn't a consistent way for referral partners to submit referrals. Now there's a defined process in place and we're able to require the key details upfront which cuts down on unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Cons
A few parts of the platform feel less accessible than they should. There are certain results that require "workarounds" even though they seem like they should be available right out of the box. For example, when we need to send a notification to partners, we have to create a long conditional workflow and then manually trigger the notification. Referral approval is also monotonous because we have to build a separate workflow for each sales rep in our company. That takes time and creates a fairly steep learning curve for new Impartner users here.

“HubSpot integration needs work”
Pros
It gives our partners more independence and better visibility especially since they usually don't have another tool that offers that.
Cons
Biggest frustration has been the HubSpot integration which is hard to manage and honestly not very good. It depends on too many workarounds and most of them are not particularly useful. The workflows feel weak, the conditional logic is poor and the partner portal doesn't offer much room for customization. On top of that, the initial setup was extremely difficult and far from accessible.

“Partner management powerhouse!”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how well it brings partner management into a single place and keeps everything organized. It simplifies handling partner onboarding, content, deal registration and everyday partner communication without having to jump between multiple tools. The visibility into partner activity is also very helpful and it cuts down on a lot of manual work which makes partner operations feel much more scalable and efficient.
Cons
Getting the platform set up and customized can take a while especially if you are building more involved partner processes or workflow configurations. A few parts of the interface could be more accessible as well but the platform is flexible and offers a solid range of functionality once everything is configured properly.

“All the resources I need in one place”
Pros
Makes partner support and engagement much more manageable. Keeps resources, communication and program details organized and available in one place which makes everything easier to access and stay on top of.
Cons
Missing the ability to reorganize assets that are already in the Asset Library.

“Good platform”
Pros
A lead registration form along with a partner dashboard makes it really simple for partners to submit new leads and keep track of them. Our Customer Success Manager has been incredibly helpful too, always available to build reports for us, share new features and guide us through setting up new areas so we can get the most out of the platform.
Cons
Would be better with a website integration that could pull resources directly from our site into the asset library while keeping the same titles and descriptions. I'd also prefer not having a limit on pinned assets. We manage a lot of folders in the asset library and since the cap applies across all folders, it would work better if each folder could have its own allowance for pinning 1-2 assets.

“Outstanding support!”
Pros
More than anything, I've appreciated the level of support we've gotten from the Impartner team. Working with Hanna over the last few months has had a huge impact. She's been incredibly attentive, quick to respond and always ready to help. Whenever we've had questions, they've been answered fast and her guidance has helped us get the most out of the platform and fully use the features and functionality available to us. Having someone so dedicated and genuinely invested in our success has made the overall experience a very positive one.
Cons
There isn't much I can point to as a downside with the platform. I've been using this software for around eight months and have run into very few problems. The only real issue was a bug that appeared recently and the support team diagnosed and fixed it in under an hour. The platform has been dependable and the team's quick response has made the overall experience an excellent one.

“Offers a lot”
Pros
There's a lot packed into it and that's been genuinely impressive to me. It can feel a little overwhelming at times but their customer success team has been incredibly helpful whenever I've had questions about specific features or needed help getting things configured. Honestly, I don't think I would have been able to sort everything out on my own without their support.
Cons
Because the platform includes so many features, it can be hard to work through everything and fully understand what's available. It feels like there's so much built in that I'm probably not using certain tools simply because I don't even realize they're there.

“Effective CRM sync and partner AI”
Pros
From day one, its data sync has been outstanding! We had concerns about how partner data would flow into our Salesforce CRM but the CRM Sync has proven to be extremely reliable and solid. It let us map everything to our custom SFDC objects and we've also been able to use Orchestration Studio to bring in LMS data so partner training details can actually shape the partner experience and the content they see. The interface is very accessible for both our internal admins and our partners using the PX. It definitely wasn't the lowest-cost option but it has absolutely been worth the investment since so much of our revenue depends on our partner channel. We also just started using Impartner's AI, Aimi, in our instance for the sales coach and knowledge search agents. Our partners are really enjoying it and it sounds like even more capabilities are coming soon.
Cons
We really haven't run into any problems. The implementation went very well and whenever small questions or minor issues come up, our CSM or the support team responds quickly.

“Strong partner program features”
Pros
It offers a strong set of native capabilities that are essential for building a partner program from the ground up. It includes many of the features a channel business needs and it works well across a wide range of industries and business models.
Cons
There are still some limitations around MDF object customization, document upload syncing and cobranding customization and those gaps make it harder to fully support our current business model.

“powerful PRM”
Pros
From the first proof of concept, it performed far better than our previous PRM. The hands-on help from both the implementation team and customer success team has been excellent and as we continue expanding how we use the platform, we're looking forward to taking advantage of more integrations and fine-tuning the user experience.
Cons
A few features could benefit from tooltips to make it clearer where users can find supporting documentation or additional information. It would also be nice to have more built-in analytics customization options available out of the box.

“I like the Salesforce sync”
Pros
It integrates nicely with Salesforce and gives my team the ability to manage the partner experience independently from our internal teams. Building workflows becomes fairly easy once you get a little practice and some guidance. On top of that, the support team has been fantastic in helping us improve the performance of our partner portal. We're also starting to learn Orchestration Studio and I'm confident it will help us expand automation and create an even better experience for both partners and internal teams.
Cons
One area that's still difficult is duplicating forms when we need to create separate segmented forms for the partner portal. We've also run into some challenges when trying to move certain items from Stage to Production.

“fantastic for partner materials”
Pros
Using this solution has been a really positive experience! The platform is simple to navigate and uploading materials is very easy. It also makes it quick and convenient for others to download marketing assets. The initial setup process was very uncomplicated overall, even though we did run into a few CRM sync issues. Where it really shines for me is sharing marketing materials with our customers, including banks.
Cons
The area that hasn't worked as well as I hoped is the email tracking and reporting. I've also run into a few problems with the CRM sync.

“Good experience!”
Pros
From both the admin and user side, it feels incredibly accessible to work with. It comes with a very broad feature set, including asset management, MDF, LMS, tiering and detailed reporting. When you add the outstanding support from the Impartner team, it really feels like the Rolls Royce of PRM solutions :)
Cons
Honestly there's nothing here that stands out as a downside. Everything is accessible and if help is ever needed, there's plenty of support available.

“So valuable for multiple reasons”
Pros
Impartner has been a really valuable tool for managing our reseller, referral and technology partner relationships across onboarding, training, communication and sales tracking. The workflow features are a standout because they let us automate things like data updates and email notifications which makes handling every stage of the partner journey (from onboarding and sales management to certification) much more efficient with fairly simple configuration. The initial setup was also surprisingly quick and easy. On top of that, the Impartner team has consistently been very supportive and Prue James in particular, as our CSM, has made a real impact with her strong product knowledge and positive approach.
Cons
A few areas feel a bit locked down and don't allow much customization, such as the Demand Center. There are also some automatically translated sections that require submitting a ticket if we want the wording improved. Another minor gap is that the Analytics module doesn't offer the same level of detailed training that other parts of the platform do. Still, these have been relatively small issues overall.

“Has so many features”
Pros
The flexibility and broad feature set are easily my favorite parts of the platform. It really feels like you can accomplish almost anything because the options are so extensive. Even when there isn't a prebuilt connector available in Orchestration Studio, you still have the ability to create your own flow and connect it wherever it needs to go which makes it possible to process and use data in a very specific way. I'm also a big fan of the segmentation capabilities in Impartner. We use that to deliver a customized experience for each user inside our portal and that's been incredibly valuable because it makes the digital experience feel more personal and relevant to each partner.
Cons
Orchestration Studio can be pretty intimidating for anyone who doesn't already have experience building flows or working with data automation. That part definitely calls for technical support. I understand there are improvements being made to make it more approachable without always needing a technical resource but right now it's still the most complex area of Impartner PRM. There's a real opportunity to simplify it and provide stronger self-service training materials so users can learn to use Orchestration Studio confidently on their own. Most other parts of the platform are fairly easy. Setting up custom workflows can also feel overwhelming and really needs better documentation and training, otherwise you end up depending on an Impartner technical contact. On top of that, our initial setup was difficult because the product was less mature at the time and we also ran into some project management issues early on.

“Easy to track partner activity”
Pros
Keeping track of deal registrations and seeing partner activity is very easy. It brings partner management into one central place and makes the deal registration process much simpler. Having all partner-submitted deals together helps a lot with monitoring and it gives much better transparency into the pipeline and ongoing activities. The initial setup was easy as well.
Cons
The user interface could feel more accessible. The reporting dashboard would also benefit from added flexibility and moving between sections could be quicker and less complicated.

“Love the customization it allows”
Pros
There's a lot we're able to do with the portal and the level of customization available gives us plenty of room to customize it to our needs. It also scales really well as our business grows which has been a big advantage. On top of that, the support from the Impartner team has been excellent throughout. They even host annual events where customers can connect, exchange ideas and learn best practices from other companies using the platform. The system is very user friendly and that strong support network behind it makes a real difference. Even the initial setup went very well because their team was there at every stage, helping make the transition smooth and continuing to provide support afterward.
Cons
Something that could make the experience even better would be more frequent sharing of best practices. Hearing more regularly about successful ways other companies are using the platform would be really valuable. We've attended annual gatherings before and learned a lot from others but since those only happen once a year, it would be helpful to have those insights shared more often. A dedicated space or platform where users could see how others are getting the most from Impartner would be especially useful.
