As a sales rep I can see a full breakdown of my commissions anytime I want. Every deal, rate and multiplier is clearly shown and easy to understand. That transparency has almost completely removed confusion and guesswork around commissions.

I feel like a few dashboard views could use additional visual customization options so I can adjust layouts and styling to suit how I review data.

The platform does not allow incomplete incentive rules as everything must be clearly defined. At first that felt limiting but it actually made our compensation structure much stronger. Live tracking also ensures incentives are applied exactly as intended.

Also the platform produces precise, auditable calculations aligned with our strategic goals which helps encourage the right sales behaviors while cutting down on manual work and potential errors. Implementation was easy too and caused minimal disruption to both sales and finance teams allowing us to move away from spreadsheets and gain quick clarity into incentives.
