“strict rules strengthened our compensation structure”
Pros
The platform does not allow incomplete incentive rules as everything must be clearly defined. At first that felt limiting but it actually made our compensation structure much stronger. Live tracking also ensures incentives are applied exactly as intended.
Cons
We notice the setup process can feel overwhelming because the structure is very strict especially for teams like ours that used to adjust commissions informally.
