Very easy to navigate

Pros

It's really easy to navigate, even someone who's not tech-savvy would easily understand Jiminny. The dashboard gives you the ability to manage everything with ease.

Cons

Honestly I haven't noticed anything significant that could be improved so far.

I love Jiminny because it's incredibly user-friendly.

Pros

It's incredibly useful for Learning & Development purposes to review calls and see how they went. The analytics provided are also very insightful.

Cons

I think this is more of an internal issue but whenever I change my password, I get locked out of Jiminny and need IT support to resolve it.

Great tool for improving customer conversation

Pros

I appreciate how it helps improve my customer conversations. It has taught me to slow down and ask more questions during discussions. They are also quick to address any delays or issues. It integrates seamlessly into our daily system usage and it's very simple to use and understand.

Cons

I wish the calls came in a bit quicker.

I can have a proper record of all my call summaries

Pros

Love that it automatically creates my call summaries. It helps me look back on notes and ensures I don't miss any important details.

Cons

The time it takes to generate responses for calls needs to be faster as I work in a fast paced environment.

Pros

How Jiminny can detect important steps during my meetings is remarkable, it makes it easier to gather useful information.

Cons

Excellent product, excellent service

Pros

This software provides just the right level of functionality for both sales reps and sales managers, which is something that most other software can't offer.

Cons

The UI could be more simple and follow design guidelines like other apps. However it does provide a unique and memorable experience with its pink theme!

It has been extremely helpful for follow-ups and managing the sales process after initial meetings

Pros

It's really simple to use. Calls are automatically rated and it's easy to share them with prospects. You can also snip and auto-transcribe the calls.

Cons

Sometimes, it doesn't join all the calls and it can be awkward adding them once the meeting has already started.

I wish I had started using Jiminny sooner

Pros

The setup was super easy, took only five minutes! The intelligent summaries for each call make reviewing them a breeze. I'm always listening to calls, and Chloe has been incredibly helpful, spending loads of time assisting with the setup and guiding us through all the features.

Cons

It would be great if you could leave voice or video feedback on calls. I think this would add a more personal touch to coaching through Jiminny.

A fantastic alternative to Gong

Pros

I'll be honest, I was initially very impressed. Having used Gong for a while, I wasn't sure if switching would be worth it. But it absolutely was. From day one, the implementation process was smooth and easy. Setting up integrations with outreach and Hubspot was surprisingly simple. A huge thanks to their reps for thier fantastic support with the integrations and exceptional guidance from a Customer Success perspective. They really made what could have been a complicated process quite straightforward. The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly. It's intuitive, easy to navigate, and the ability to embed Jiminny calls directly into other tools we use has been a game-changer. The new AI features have also been fantastic. They're genuinely useful, not gimmicky, and they make analyzing calls and extracting insights much faster and more efficient.

Cons

Like with most things, it wasn't perfect right from the start. Initially, we faced a few issues with Jiminny connecting to or joining our Google calls. However the team was very proactive in resolving this and once the Sidekick was up and running, everything worked perfectly. One minor issue I had was related to the Outreach integration. Since I was the admin who initially set it up, my account got linked to it. Later, when I wanted to remove my Outreach account (since I no longer needed it), I couldn't do so without also losing access to Jiminny. It wasn't a huge issue but it was a bit of an inconvenience that I had to work around. Despite this the support from their team has been fantastic. They've always been there to help with any issues that come up.
