Really offers great features

Pros

I love the integrations, customizability and overall functionality.

Cons

There are no month to month contracts available, which could be due to the spending level but still I think it's a little downside.

Solid tool with solid features

Pros

I absolutely love how Kixie Power call automates the dialing process. It saves us so much time, as we don't have to dial numbers manually, and also we can make calls faster.

Cons

The connection issues sometimes especially when our internet connection is weak. This can be a major problem when working from certain areas in South America, causing interruptions during calls and making it frustrating to reach people.

Wouldn't let me out of my contract

Pros

There wasn't much I liked. The software isn't very simple and it seemed more focused on commissions. And you can't reach customer service by phone because their chat response times are quite slow.

Cons

They didn't seem to care much about my situation.

Frequently fails. No weekend or phone support

Pros

The price is fair and you get what you pay for.

Cons

It fails quite often especially on weekends. We've had instances where call routing failed and we couldn't make outbound calls or receive incoming ones for hours over two days. I find it unacceptable that they don't offer support on weekends and if something goes wrong, you're stuck. This has happened to us multiple times and I've voiced my concerns to them.

It's the best software for call centers

Pros

I appreciate the automatic call distribution. The software includes great features for a call center, and it's affordable, making sales enablement much easier.

Cons

It has all the features we need, plus more. So no complaints.

Outstanding features and call options

Pros

The quick dial feature and the SMS option are really great and they helped me get responses quickly.

Cons

If we leave a message and press "1" or "#", it can take a while to send but it's not a huge issue.

A solid choice for calling software

Pros

What I appreciate most is how easily it integrates with our CRM. It's also easy to use and the setup process is fast.

Cons

I feel some of the plans are limited, which might not be ideal for those just wanting to test a few features.

A sales engagement platform that integrates seamlessly with popular CRM tools

Pros

Kixie PowerCall stands out for its seamless CRM integration, automatic call logging, local presence dialing and real time analytics. The platform is user friendly and significantly enhances our sales productivity and efficiency.

Cons

I've raised concerns about the pricing being too expensive for small businesses or teams on a tight budget. And the user interface could be more user friendly. However despite these minor issues, the platform generally gets positive feedback and the benefits of using Kixie PowerCall for sales engagement seem to outweigh the drawbacks.

Simple to use

Pros

It's very user friendly and the ability to record and �drop� voicemails instead of leaving messages on every call is a great feature I thinl. Customer support is also very helpful.

Cons

Sometimes I need to restart the app because I get logged out, though this mainly happens when I don't use it for a long period.
