“Solid tool with solid features”
Pros
I absolutely love how Kixie Power call automates the dialing process. It saves us so much time, as we don't have to dial numbers manually, and also we can make calls faster.
Cons
The connection issues sometimes especially when our internet connection is weak. This can be a major problem when working from certain areas in South America, causing interruptions during calls and making it frustrating to reach people.

There wasn't much I liked. The software isn't very simple and it seemed more focused on commissions. And you can't reach customer service by phone because their chat response times are quite slow.
Cons
They didn't seem to care much about my situation.

“Frequently fails. No weekend or phone support”

The price is fair and you get what you pay for.
Cons
It fails quite often especially on weekends. We've had instances where call routing failed and we couldn't make outbound calls or receive incoming ones for hours over two days. I find it unacceptable that they don't offer support on weekends and if something goes wrong, you're stuck. This has happened to us multiple times and I've voiced my concerns to them.

The quick dial feature and the SMS option are really great and they helped me get responses quickly.
Cons
If we leave a message and press "1" or "#", it can take a while to send but it's not a huge issue.

Kixie PowerCall stands out for its seamless CRM integration, automatic call logging, local presence dialing and real time analytics. The platform is user friendly and significantly enhances our sales productivity and efficiency.
Cons
I've raised concerns about the pricing being too expensive for small businesses or teams on a tight budget. And the user interface could be more user friendly. However despite these minor issues, the platform generally gets positive feedback and the benefits of using Kixie PowerCall for sales engagement seem to outweigh the drawbacks.
