“It had everything I needed
Pros
I really like how easy it is to score and enrich leads, match accounts and even use it to find new contacts within target companies. The client scoring feature is my favorite. I have worked closely with the Leadspace team to fine tune how we analyze target roles by looking at job descriptions and the tools potential clients are using. Plus the integration with Marketo through webhook is smooth and lead enrichment happens almost instantly. And their customer success team is always there to collaborate and suggest improvements.
Cons
The lead to account matching is not always smooth. Also I have noticed some delays, sometimes up to a week especially when changes need to be made offline, like when updating lead evaluations. Even though we have find a workaround by learning to work by scheduling monthly offline mapping, but I feel like it would be great if the system were more integrated to save us time.

Pros
Leadspace is an amazing platform for improving data in both MAP and CRM systems. It is especially helpful with the L2A matching process and making lead routing more efficient. Plus integrating it with tools like Marketo and Salesforce is quite easy which made implementation a simple task.
Cons

“Really does a great job
Pros
It is perfect for finding contacts or target companies when other databases do not have the information, especially for more niche industries. The data quality is also top notch and I have used it several times to gather valuable information needed for our sales cycles.
Cons
Well I feel like it would be very helpful if there were a more flexible way to export data and search in bulk when necessary.

“The best place to find detailed buyer profiles
Pros
The LinkedIn person URLs, the hierarchy between industries and sub industries and the overall integrity of Leadspace's data and tools are simply amazing. My absolute favorite part is Leadspace On Demand as it is very user-friendly.
Cons
One thing I like the least is that we cannot always act on the alternate email addresses or phone numbers we get with our matches. Though it is more of an internal policy issue but still a bit disappointing.

Cons

The integration with our CRM system could not be smoother as it has made accessing and updating account info way easier and streamlined our entire sales process. Also I love the predictive analytics feature because it helps me spot high potential prospects and prioritize them. The data enrichment function offers detailed insights on each account which makes it simple to customize our sales pitches. I am also really impressed with how quickly the data is updated in real-time, ensuring that my team has the most accurate info available. Plus the reporting capabilities are top notch which helps us track sales performance.
Cons
I feel like it would definitely benefit from more customization options to cater to individual user preferences. Also while customer support has been decent, faster response times would definitely be appreciated.

Pros
Leadspace integration with Salesforce is highly intuitive making training new users a piece of cake. The contact details are always the most up to date and accurate I have seen in any app. Also I love that we can customize profiles to focus on the personas we care about most and editing these is a breeze thanks to their amazing customer service team.
Cons
The only issue is that if I have to find an individual person rather than a list of employees from a company, it is quite difficult. However it is not a huge deal since there are workarounds.

“Most useful tool!
Pros
It has become one of our key resources. We use it for lead scoring, account matching and lead enrichment and we are even thinking about expanding its use to identify new contacts at our target companies. My favorite feature is persona scoring. And we have worked closely with Leadspace reps to understand our ideal customers by analyzing job descriptions, education levels and tech usage. This helps us refine our lead scoring and campaign segmentation. The connection to Marketo via webhook is seamless and the lead enrichment happens almost in real time. Plus the customer success team is great and always open to collaboration.
Cons
I find the lead to account matching feature not very reliable. Like it can take up to a week when offline changes need to be made for persona evaluations. However we have now learned to send new accounts for offline mapping once a month. Still it would be amazing if there were a more better approach to this.

“Outstanding software
Pros
I absolutely love it and their customer success team. The data they provide is always spot on and lets us create projects customized to our needs. We can trust every piece of info we get from them which has made decision-making for my team so much easier. Also their customer service is beyond exceptional. Like Heather and Steve lead a team that consistently goes above and beyond. And when it comes to reliability we can always count on them to deliver what is promised.
Cons
Well I am not a fan how it capture process. It has limitations like only capturing contacts with email addresses and I am unsure how often the database gets update, which means we often do not get the best quality leads. And the fact that we still rely on Salesforce's sourcing mechanism or manually building lists with external help makes this a bigger issue.

Leadspace has really improved how we think about customer, prospect and white-spaced data. We have also started leveraging a custom ICP which has been a total game changer for our go to market strategies.
Cons
The price of it is a concern to us but honestly, you get what you pay for. Also I feel like TAM and ICP need regular updates.

Our Leadspace team is quite responsive as they are quick to answer any questions and keep us updated on the status of requests. Also they ensure we are always in the loop about new features as soon as they are released.
Cons

“Great third-party data for marketing
Pros
Based on our own research Leadspace's data appears to be the most accurate. Plus they pull data from LinkedIn, D&B and a few other sources, which gives us a pretty complete profile to use for marketing and segmentation.
Cons
Services are pretty limited for some Asian countries like Japan and South Korea. We have also had some trouble with lead to account matching not working properly and our CSM has not always been as proactive as we hoped.
