“Amazing tool for tracking sales
Pros
LevelEleven software has been an excellent addition to Salesforce, especially for leaders managing sales teams by focusing on measuring activities rather than just total revenue, which is crucial for success. It allows me to select the behaviors and actions I want my team to prioritize, while also enabling real-time performance measurement. It displays (KPIs) at a glance and ranks the team in a way that motivates competitive salespeople. We used their basic solution and saw rapid results. I highly recommend this tool, along with the fantastic team behind it! They were incredibly helpful in configuring it to suit our needs and showed us how to easily make adjustments ourselves. It's an outstanding solution. A bonus is that it encourages the team to log their work in Salesforce if they want to perform well on the scorecard!
Cons
I did not face any downsides at all. Even the salespeople found it easy to use and enjoyed seeing their rankings.

“Customer support needs improvement
Pros
The user interface is nice, and their sales representatives truly know how to convince you of the value of their customer support.
Cons
The company lacks customer support. I've been waiting for four months for them to resolve a connection issue between Salesforce and their system. Meanwhile, we continue paying for the service during this time. I hope no one else makes the same mistake.

A downside is the inability to exclude certain days from the pacing, such as holidays.

“One of our favorite tools
Pros
The tool is simple to use, and the support team is always available whenever we need help. It's fast, really user-friendly, and offers great customization options. I've never had a question or project without having a close, personalized meeting with the support team to resolve it. They also provide valuable insights on how to improve our processes.
Cons
Compared to other tools I've used in my nearly 22 years of managing teams, this tool is very comprehensive. At this point, there's nothing about it that I dislike.

“Great customer support
Pros
It is fantastic, and I've been using it for over two years. Our representatives absolutely love it. As a System Specialist, I truly value excellent customer support, and Laure has been with us throughout the entire journey, never letting anything slip through the cracks. She's simply amazing.
Cons
Honestly, not much. The feature releases seem to take a long time, and there is always a focus on significant changes, while smaller features often get delayed or forgotten.

“Awesome interactive features for sales & management!
Pros
My favorite feature of LevelEleven is the customizable splashes. My team loves seeing their picture and hearing their song when they close a sale. As a manager, I also appreciate the 1-1 coaching feature, which helps me stay organized and conduct more effective meetings.
Cons
I don't see any downsides to using LevelEleven.

“Efficient salesforce app
Pros
LevelEleven is great at highlighting the important data points in Salesforce and drawing attention to the intended metrics. Sales and service representatives' activities can be tracked and rated with a time-bound and measurable approach.
Cons
It's a bit complicated for novice users and managers. More comprehensive training materials would be helpful.

“Great opportunity to collaborate with LevelEleven
Pros
What I loved most is how LevelEleven simplified our work and helped improve our sales performance.
Cons
It would be great if the scorecard could include logical formulas and the ability to cross-filter with different objects.

“Perfect for boosting team motivation!
Pros
This is the third company I've used LevelEleven at, and I truly believe it's essential for any sales team. I love how easy it is to create contests and leaderboards that automatically refresh. I've created contests beyond just "Top Sales Rep of the Month," such as pairing up reps to compete against each other or assigning different point values to calls versus demos. I also really like the new coaching tool. I use it every week for my 1:1 meetings to maintain a consistent agenda, and we can refer back to notes from past meetings to ensure we're meeting our goals. Lastly, Chanel11 is a must-have. Reps love seeing their progress toward our KPIs, which sparks healthy competition.
Cons
One issue is that you cannot set up contests and make them retroactive. Plus, I'd like some contests to automatically restart every month, instead of having to manually copy and create them each month. The coaching feature is still somewhat new, and some of the "Titling" could be improved for clarity.

“User-friendly software
Pros
It's incredibly easy to use, flexible and the company is taking the product in a great direction, particularly with the one-on-one coaching feature.
Cons
Setting up competitions and maintaining content for Channel 11 can become tedious, but I assume this would be an issue with any similar product.
