LinkedIn lead capture works correctly

Pros

Right away Lusha's LinkedIn integration stands out. The Chrome extension pulls leads straight from profiles which makes it a really efficient fit for a sales workflow. The data extraction is dependable as well and it often provides multiple phone numbers for a single contact. Pricing is another strong point since the subscription seems fairly reasonable compared with similar tools on the market. That makes it a practical option for teams of different sizes that want useful functionality without stretching the budget too far. Overall it offers a good mix of features and affordability.

Cons

One area where it really falls short is customer support. I emailed them about an account problem and never got any reply which is especially frustrating when the tool is part of active prospecting. For a paid product that kind of silence is hard to accept. On top of that there are occasional bugs that interrupt the experience. At times the extension does not load data properly or gives incomplete results which ends up wasting credits and slowing down the sales process. Those reliability issues, along with having no responsive support team to escalate them to, make the overall experience feel weaker than it should.

overpriced lists

Pros

Lusha does offer a really useful feature for searching job titles and roles within companies and it lets you narrow things down by company type and the specific vertical you're targeting.

Cons

The data seems outdated, pulling the list out is tedious at best and the pricing for the data is higher than most other tools I have used before.

Helpful contacts with varying accuracy

Pros

One thing Lusha does well is help track down prospect contact details while staying compliant with regulations. It does an amazing job of keeping that side of things in order.

Cons

Accuracy can be hit or miss though that often comes back to the prospects themselves. If their information isn't current, it can only work with whatever data it's able to find.

Great sourcing but filters glitch often

Pros

Compared with Sales Navigator, it makes finding and sourcing leads simpler and the extra features help make outbound work feel more organized.

Cons

Whenever I ran searches using a lot of filters, the system would glitch and stop working properly which got frustrating fast.

Serious privacy issues with data

Pros

Before my data was taken I dealt with far less harassment. This company collects private information like personal phone numbers and then random people start calling at all hours. I have submitted GDPR right to be forgotten requests multiple times but they seem to obtain my data again and resell it anyway. My phone number is not posted online or on any social media which makes it seem like they are getting it from other people's inboxes they've accessed, yet they refuse to explain where it comes from.

Cons

My biggest issue is that they take private data and act like it belongs to them to sell. They collect personal details such as phone numbers which leads to strangers calling at all times. Even after I have made several GDPR right to be forgotten requests, they appear to reacquire the data and sell it again. Since my phone number is not available online or on social media, it seems they may be pulling it from other people's inboxes they have access to but they apparently refuse to disclose the source.

Accurate contacts speed up outreach work

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of Lusha is how accurate and current the contact numbers are which makes reaching the right people much faster. Having dependable direct dials cuts down the time spent prospecting and really helps move the outreach process along.

Cons

There's nothing major that stands out as a problem since the platform works well for what I need. If I had to point to anything, lead extraction could be a bit more hassle free and simpler.

Contacts match well with LinkedIn

Pros

Getting direct phone numbers for specific people is very accurate with this tool. The Chrome extension works really well and using it alongside LinkedIn is easy and convenient.

Cons

There's always a pop-up showing on the screen which can be a bit distracting. At times a phone number isn't available but that's just something you're bound to run into with tools like this.

terrible, terrible

Pros

Honestly, there isn't anything positive I can point to here. The extension is meant to handle one basic task which is providing contact details for the accounts we want to prospect but the information is usually missing and when it does appear, it's often inaccurate.

Cons

After using it for 7 months the overall takeaway has been very disappointing. The emails and phone/mobile numbers they provide are nowhere near what was originally presented and promised. It says their phone/mobile data is 80% accurate and technically that may be true but their actual coverage is only around 10% which is terrible considering the price. In practice, that means out of 100 people, they may only have contact details for 10 and only 8 of those are accurate. So really, you are getting usable phone data for about 8 out of 100 people and that is not something they are upfront about. We had several meetings with their data team and Customer Success Manager hoping to get a real solution and simply asking them to deliver what was promised. Instead, we kept hearing the same scripted line: that it is continuously improving and that 80% accuracy is the industry standard. But when I raised the point that 80% accuracy means very little if coverage is only 10%, the response was basically silence and no real answer. They also claim to refresh their database every quarter and provide verified contact information but my experience says otherwise. I called one number and the person who answered told me the contact had left that company 15 years ago and the number had long since been reassigned. That means they still had a 15 year old number attached to that prospect. On another call the person's wife answered and said it was her private number, not her husband's work number. Another time someone told me the contact hadn't used that number in 8 years. There were also many cases where the person answering confirmed the first and last name matched but they did not work at the company I was targeting so it was still the wrong contact. That makes the whole experience even more frustrating because you are already only getting about 10 numbers out of 100 people and then a chunk of those turn out to be wrong, outdated or inactive. Email coverage seems a bit better at around 50% but with the same 80% accuracy that still only gives you roughly 40 correct emails out of 100 people.

Great option for MENA outreach

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how flexible it is when it comes to finding and targeting the right contacts within our Ideal Customer Profile especially people connected to or working in the MENA region. Sending those leads directly into Salesforce is also really helpful.

Cons

It still needs work when it comes to contact coverage in the CEE region. A lot of the leads I come across there have little to no information available.

reliable data makes sales easier

Pros

Using Lusha Extension is not a hassle and it's simple to work with day to day. It's been a reliable tool for finding accurate data especially for the girls on the sales team.

Cons

It does have some gaps depending on the territory. For example, French integration still isn't available and quite a bit of the data can be missing or not refreshed often enough.

Quick setup for all prospecting needs

Pros

The tool is really easy to use and the setup didn't take much effort at all. It's especially useful in a less structured sales organization since it quickly gives you prospect details like phone numbers without much hassle.

Cons

The biggest issue is that the data accuracy can be pretty unreliable and a lot of the information feels outdated. Considering the price we paid, it seems like there are better options available now especially for more mature sales organizations.

Accurate coverage across Nordic regions

Pros

It's been excellent for finding phone numbers across the Nordic and Benelux markets. The contact data is accurate and feels very complete.

Cons

It doesn't perform equally well in every region and quite often it only provides the HQ number which isn't nearly as useful as having a direct line.

Quick research with broader audience reach

Pros

Research is very fast and it also brings up related results based on the original search which makes it a helpful assistant when you're trying to expand your outreach.

Cons

It felt more geared toward an international database so it wasn't as useful when I needed something more regional or locally focused.

provide dependable data

Pros

Compared with other tools in this category, this one seems modern, affordable and easy for both sales teams and individual users doing outreach and prospecting. I have felt confident relying on its data for phone numbers, names, emails and company structure and it helps clear up confusion quickly. From what I have seen firsthand the information also seems more current than what some competing platforms provide.

Cons

A few of the newer additions come across as a response to industry trends more than truly essential improvements. Features like Hot Intent and Enrich feel influenced by the current AI wave and, at least right now they don't seem as meaningful or developed as its stronger core tools such as Search and Recommendations. It's not a major downside and I do welcome product expansion but I'd rather see more attention put into making the data completely accurate.

Reliable data for generating leads

Pros

Lead generation is where this tool really shines. The contact details are consistently up to date which makes it very dependable when reaching out to prospects.

Cons

One limitation is that prospects who have been in their role for less than six months sometimes do not appear in it and that can make things a bit challenging.

Good value at a fair price

Pros

It gives me access to data I have not been able to find on any other platform and it does that in a simple, well-integrated and cost-effective way.

Cons

Pros

One thing that has been really useful is getting up-to-date information for both email addresses and phone numbers. It also comes with its own prospecting tool which offers a different approach compared with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Cons

I have only been using it for around a month so I have not noticed any obvious areas that need improvement yet. At this point there's nothing specific from a sales perspective that stands out as an issue.

Accurate email lookup for LinkedIn

Pros

Through LinkedIn, I can pull email addresses for multiple people at once and most of the time the contact details are actually valid.

Cons

One thing that gets really annoying is that my account sometimes disconnects out of nowhere so I have to log back in again even though I was already using the tool before. It feels like it randomly signs me out.
