“CRM works well for agents”
Pros
A simple CRM that works well for real estate agents who do not already have a more advanced system in place. Every agent really needs a CRM and this does the job for those who are still missing one.
Cons
It was not very powerful and it did not provide enough automation for customer nurturing.

“Wasted budget on irrelevant leads”
Pros
Nothing has stood out positively yet. The company needs to make major changes.
Cons
Over the last six months using it has been very frustrating. I have been paying $700 a month and still have not received one legitimate lead that matches the areas I actually serve. The leads keep coming from places more than two hours away which makes them useless for my business. I reached out several times during the first two months to get this corrected but Market Leader never made the necessary changes. Even worse, they refused to cancel my membership or provide any refund for services that were not delivered as promised. That level of disregard for customer concerns is alarming and points to a serious problem with how their service operates. I would strongly urge any professional thinking about signing up with it to think twice. This has been a costly experience and it has also pulled time and energy away from running my business. I highly recommend looking into more dependable and customer-oriented alternatives.

“Broken promises, terrible assistance”
Pros
It doesn't offer anything my other CRM wasn't already doing. I bought it specifically for lead management and it has turned out to be the worst tool I have ever used for that.
Cons
The product didn't deliver what was promised and the customer support hasn't been very helpful either.

“Complete waste of time and money”
Pros
About the only positive I can mention is the onboarding process since they were very supportive during setup. I just wish they had been more transparent from the beginning.
Cons
This ended up feeling like a waste of both time and money. The account manager assigned to me was not very responsive and I constantly had to chase her for updates. When you purchase lead areas, they set expectations for how many leads you will get in those locations but in reality you rarely reach the promised number. Instead they count leads that are only near your selected areas toward that total. On top of that many of the leads I received never responded, even after I followed up multiple times.

“Powerful touch system with campaigns”
Pros
Their touch system has been fantastic to use and the automated campaigns are honestly the best I have come across.
Cons
The only downside was the cost. It was more affordable through KW when I was under their umbrella but once I had to buy it on my own, the price increased and it became too expensive for me to keep up with.

“This was a total waste”
Pros
Nothing good to mention!
Cons
Absolutely everything has been a problem. They don't provide valid leads and seem to make no effort to screen them at all. I kept getting fake information, seller leads from people who don't even own the home, lenders asking for appraised values and agents just looking for price estimates. It ended up being a complete waste of money.

“follow up actually deliver”
Pros
Right away the CRM stood out and the automated follow-up letters to clients were a big plus. I was also happy with the volume of leads coming in.
Cons
Over time though the lead quality started to decline. Eventually it got too expensive to justify because I wasn't even breaking even. I was putting a lot of time and effort into it but you cannot realistically sell a home to someone with poor credit and no money to work with.

“Looks good but offers nothing”
Pros
Getting it up and running was simple and the interface looks amazing but that's where the positives end since it doesn't actually work.
Cons
After paying for three months it still hasn't produced any real leads at all.

“overpriced mess with low quality leads”
Pros
They had no problem charging me and putting together a very basic website.
Cons
Nothing about this has been clear. The leads are garbage, the CRM is disorganized and hard to track and the website quality is below par. None of it comes close to justifying the money spent. I am usually willing to try new services but this is absolutely not one to keep. I took the loss so others don't have to. Also do not let them purchase your domain name for you as they'll grab a $10 domain and then try to charge you $200 to get it back. Customer service is like a complete joke. That's probably why they lock people into a 6 month contract so they can keep taking your money. The cost per lead is way too high, the ROI seems as unrealistic as winning the lottery and too many of the leads coming in were neither screened nor even valid.

“Absolutely wasted my money here”
Pros
Honestly, there wasn't a single part of it I could say was worthwhile. The whole thing felt awful and ended up being a complete waste of money.
Cons
The leads are basically useless. A lot of them are just other agents, buyers who are already under contract or sellers who are already tied up in off-market agreements.

“Dated platform with capable marketing tools”
Pros
Moving up to the Pro version is pretty hassle free if you're already using the basic version through your brokerage. It works nicely for email marketing and printed materials and the website option is decent for someone who needs a simple online presence.
Cons
Its cost is hard to justify unless your brokerage offers a plan with them. Lead generation didn't feel very strong and it's definitely smarter to use your own domain name because if you go with theirs, getting it later when you leave the service doesn't seem to be an affordable option. The platform still feels stuck in 2013 and the mobile app is pretty underwhelming.
