Super efficient email tracking and scheduling

Pros

Scheduling meetings is so fast and I love how I can easily see when my emails are opened, which helps me follow up at the right time.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features require an upgrade, which can be limiting for users on the basic plan.

A great choice for small to medium-sized organizations

It's super easy to set up and get started with Mixmax since it integrates seamlessly with gmail.

Cons

The cost can increase quickly if you have multiple users within google workspace, making the price go up fast.

great team collaboration tool for managing email inboxes!

Pros

I really appreciate how easy it is to use and I love being able to track when my emails are read.

Cons

It's a small thing but whenever I get logged out of gmail, I also need to log back into Mixmax or I lose track of what can and can't be shared.

The best tool for tracking emails

Pros

Mixmax works perfectly with gmail and is by far the easiest tool to use. Unlike Salesforce Inbox, you don't have to dig through layers of menus to see if someone has opened an email. Setting up templates is also quick and simple.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a bit longer for Gmail to load when Mixmax is installed.

Mixmax all the way!

Pros

This tool makes managing emails really effortless. It tracks activity efficiently and helps me with follow ups. The ability to manage accounts at scale through templates is especially helpful for customer success.

Great flexibility

Pros

I love using it for boosting productivity whether it's scheduling meetings, using templates, or tracking email activity.

Cons

Adding team members can be a bit confusing. I've had instances where deactivated users still appear as though they're on an annual plan. The pricing is starting to feel a bit high compared to competitors.

It has been very useful so far

Pros

The email tracking has been incredibly useful but what I use the most are the sequences that automatically send emails to prospects. It's super efficient and easy to use.

Cons

A Home button would be really helpful! Sometimes I just want to go back to the main page and there's no simple way to do that.

Pros

Ideal software for tracking sales and partner engagement

Pros

I absolutely love the email tracking feature, it shows when emails are opened and clicked, even down to the device and location of the recipient. I also rely a lot on templates to automate my workflow.

Cons

Wish there were an simple way to log emails from Gmail Mixmax into Salesforce CRM. Right now, I have to BCC Salesforce, which is a bit cumbersome.

Very flexible software

Pros

Templates were incredibly helpful speeding up follow up emails. I didn't use campaigns though.

Cons

Outlook and other email programs display the email differently and since the recipient has to click on it to open, you can't always tell if the email has been read.

A total time-saver and easy way to manage your inbox

Pros

The features I use most are creating and updating templates sending and tracking sequences, setting email reminders and tracking open rates, clicks and replies. Mixmax is a real timesaver, and with it, I'm sure I'll never miss a follow-up.

Cons

Just a small thing but when setting up an email reminder, I'd love to make the default time 9 a.m. instead of the time when I schedule the reminder.

Simple and convenient setup

Pros

Mixmax is simple to set up and implement. Our team uses it to apply pre built templates, which saves us from writing the same emails repeatedly for different clients. The meeting scheduling feature is also super helpful, honestly we don't use any other tool for scheduling meetings. This is the best!

Cons

Honestly I don't have any issues. The tool is easy and offers a good user experience.
